They were good. They showed up on time and knew what they were doing. They were very careful around the duck pond. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job. The guy showed up, he dealt with the bugs, and he seemed very friendly, and offered additional advice on them so I appreciated that. There was no additional charge. There was a little confusion on my having the coupon, but once they realized I had the coupon, that was what they charged me. It was a reasonable price.

Technician was friendly and personable. Spraying took care of the problem, but we kind of felt pressured into doing a monthly service, which I don't think we really needed.

Overall, the service was professional and the person who came to my house was polite, the only thing I am rating low is the price.

This is the second time I have used this company and find them to be superior in their approach, knowledge and follow through. In this instance, a bat or bird apparently got into the attic making the sounds that I heard, and subsequently died (since they couldn't find any sign of rodent activity). Peace of mind is what I feel when they have been here and check out the house and property. They do know what they are doing and do it fast and thoroughly. I will use them again.

It turned out good. He showed up when he said he would. He did what he said he would do. I was satisfied with what he did. He came back a week later and checked everything. He was nice and courteous. I was expecting more than what I got. They came out a couple of days after I made the purchase. I would consider using them again.

They were very thorough - knew exactly what to look for and did what was needed to prevent further intrusion and damage. They were also able to replace the vapor barrier and some insulation that had been ruined by the rats. We would definitely call them again, and would ask to have Chris as the tech. But we don't expect to ever have another rat issue.

They cancelled one appointment, and then came two weeks after that. I paid more for the taxes. They were average. I didn't have pests, so I can't see their work, but they were good people. They rescheduled a couple of times, but they came on time when they did come.

Performed all the above and responded to my phone inquiry after their normal business hours and answered all my questions/addressed my concerns. I will certainly be utilizing these guys for annual/periodic eradication of pests. Thanks again..Stop Bugging Me..

It’s been good. They were good and very thorough. They are nice people. They were kind of late but it was okay. The price with the Big Deal is good. Their quality is good too.

Excellent service!!! We will definitely use "Stop Bugging Me" again. We suspected that we had rodents in our crawl space. They were very prompt in scheduling our service and were willing to work around our schedules. They came out twice and we have since ordered a bi yearly service.

They did well, needed to work around the fact that I had small dogs living in the house.

Fantastic experience. We discovered moisture ants in old wood under one of our brand new windows and called in stop bugging me to try and stem the tide before they spread to the entire house. They got an emergency call out and someone was at our house within 1 hr after us discovering the ants, couldn't have been more impressed. Have kept a regular appointment, they come on time, call ahead of time to confirm and are a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is once they called and left a message saying they had a tech in the area and if we wanted him to stop by and spray the house. We didn't reply and 30 minutes later he's at our house spraying the exterior and peering in the windows, which scared the heck out of my wife and kid who called me freaking out, who didn't know anyone was coming. We were also charged for this service we never confirmed. I called the main office to let them know about it and they apologized profusely and added a note to the account to always confirm before coming, no problems since. Would 100% use them any time we have a pest problem going forward, great company.

After the initial look at my basement, he gave me a rundown on the conditions there and what could be done. I did arrange for him to come back and block some of the areas where critters were getting in. That was the $350 I mentioned above. Fortunately the rodents were not the burrowing type. He then gave me a quote to clean out the basement. I plan to have him come back to complete that work.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and we paid a little more for taxes. I would recommend them, they came out on time, and I have a regular scheduled service with them. They always call before they come out, and make sure that they can come out. They are professional, and I don't have issues. My house is bug free. The price is at the industry rate, and they are very good to respond.

Very professional and friendly Staff came to my home twice - first to set up and then to remove traps (and the rats caught). Not only did he move some traps to the basement (the DEAL specified one area of my home, so I didn't suggest it - only said that I had seen rodent droppings and then he offered to check it out) - but he also shop vac-ed the basement so that I could tell if I had an on going problem once rats had been caught. Above and beyond the call of duty.

It went very well. He showed up on time and was quick. He removed all the exisiting webs and explained that the application will only work on existing spikders but may not keep them away. Since then, I have not had a big issue with spiders inside or out. I will use them again next year.

The eliminated a whole WALL FULL of hornets that were invading all parts of my home. It was CREEPY hearing the angry buzzing of them coming from the wall. it took two visits to elimimate the huge hive but he got them all and sealed any access back into the area. 5 stars!!

Expectations Managed! When problem came back (2 weeks later) the salesman on the phone said it was a one time treatment only and he needs to "Manage my Expectations". Then he tried to sell me a $100 a month service. I wish they would have Managed my Expectations before they took my money in the first place. Very disappointed!

The service technicians are very professional. On the first appointment, they ask a lot of questions about the problems and then explain in great detail the different solutions and recommended approaches. the pricing options were clear and easy to understand. when I've called for follow-up visits, they typically respond the next day. if they are late, or are not able to make an appointment, they call and reschedule.

I purchased the coupon. I was promptly contacted by the service provider. When asked my address to schedule a service call, they stated that they did not provide service to the Fox Island, Washington area. (They are located in Seattle. Fox Island is located 45 miles south in south Puget Sound.) They were courteous and straight forward. When asked about a cancellation and refund, they advised me to contact Angie's List.
