Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

Provider arrived on time, and went over the house. They laid a few test traps to see if we had any issues. Sealed up a couple of areas of potential entry. Came back a few days later to check the traps, and gave the house a clean bill. Offered up additional services, but wasn't pushy about it. We choose not to have ongoing treatments at this time, and think that we'll have them come out again next year and do the same inspection.

It was fine I didn't have an problems. They came out a couple months ago and I didn't pay anything other than the cost of the deal. They were professional, on time, the person who came was very personable and overall they were very good.

He didn't bring the right tool - he said his equipment broke. He left a few bees that were up high, that he couldn't reach. He said that he'd come back, and he never did. He didn't follow up.

I like working with Stop Bugging Me. I started with a Big Deal and kept the service on the regular basis. I live next to the woods, so spiders are everywhere. This has really cut down on the webs and egg sacks that used to be all over the place. When the dog brought fleas in, they also sprayed all carpeted areas for those, too, and it was included in the regular service. I plan to keep them coming by for as long as I can afford it. They also have let me postpone appointments when necessary with no problem at all. Great company to work with.

They contacted me immediately and our service, which occurred on two different dates, was completed as they indicated and we've had no further problems. This was our second time to use them and both times the service has been great! We will definitely use them again if necesary!

He looked around the outside of the house and I showed him where I thought the rodents were coming in. He covered up the area temporarily and set some traps under the house. He came back a few days later to reset the traps. In the meantime my hvac company came out and we caught the rodent who got through near the hvac unit. The technician was very nice and I felt he did a good job.

Went well. probably use them again. Of course it may depend on who you get. This person serviced Tacoma.

The technician showed up right on time and was very helpful in explaining the process and the length of time that my dog needed to stay inside after the spray application. He also explained when the best times of year for treatments are and clearly explained what this exterior treatment would and would not do. I have been extremely satisfied with the service and have had no spidy issues since the treatment. I'm planning to keep an eye on their levels this spring and if they start up again I'll be giving them a call promptly. Thanks Stop Bugging Me!!

The service seemed good so we continued to use their service on a monthly basis. They are not very good communicators. They bill me every few months for the service but they have not kept me informed on if the pest control is improving our fight against the rodents. They do email me letting me know when they are coming out but they do not provide me with a written report or follow up that I can find.

That turned out okay. They did what they said they were going to do. Two exterminators came out and they stayed for about an hour. The consolation was helpful and informative. They did both inside and outside of laying traps. One guy came back 10 days later to check the traps. there was no scheduling due to the follow up and nobody told me what day they would come up. They mentioned that they would come back within 7-10 days. I got a call a week later asking me why nobody was home. We still have the traps, so their follow up was not so good.

One technician came out and we entered a quarterly agreement with them. They met our expectations.

The scheduling was a little difficult as you had to call them a couple times to get in touch. The treatment application takes less than an hour.

Was very satisfied w/ service. Did a thorough eval, provided reasonable suggestions, good follow up. would call them again.

IT WENT GREAT. I want to say that they went "above and beyond" expectations with customer service. They went through our crawl space and provided us with details of issue and resolutions. They fixed the problems and provided us with details on clean-up and means to prevent future problems. They arrive ahead of time. Were professional and provided excellent service. We are going to use them again on not only this property, but our rental units.

Sorry I don't have the amount and the date in my mind, they came the first time I think they were going to come one more time, but never came or called to find out about the problem, also I didn't fallow up or call them.|They were ok but I am not going to call them for second time.

Scheduling was very fast. They did some complimentry ant treatment. They were able to finish everything in two hours. The price was very fair for the work done.

Darryl did an expert inspection, found potential entry points to the basement and kitchen, and sealed them. He set traps and returned in a week to follow up. He was pleasant to have in the house, which is a huge issue for me. And he answered my many questions graciously.

They did a good job. They explained to me they would have to come back multiple times to handle my issue so we tried another way to handle that because it was very costly to have somebody come back five and six times. We chose them because they were on Angie’s List and the cost was reasonable. For what they did, the price was fair. What I liked most about them is that the tech explained the problem and explained what it would involve. He did good.

It was great! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The quality of work was good. We were very pleased!

It turned out good. They come out. They are regular. They are efficient. They just do the job. The work they do is external. If I have any internal issues such as ants, which is the original problem that caused me to bring them out here, I would tell them about it but we haven't had any so far. I think their pest control has been effective. I think their pricing is a bit high.

They eliminated the possibility of bedbugs and eventually thought it had to be mites, even though there was not definite proof. They treated for that and after months of discomfort, I was finally bite free and the problem was solved. It took a while but I appreciated their tenacity.
