Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

Went well. My only complaint is that they never followed up to come back out and retrieve the traps or check the bait or ask me how things are going. So I would not use them again - despite the fact that they were nice and professional while here.

It was fine. They were punctual. I think I paid for other services. I have nothing to compare them to for price.

It turned out fine. They did both interior and exterior pest control. They did a good job.

I was at work and my wife was home with the baby when the tech showed up. My wife said she felt very comfortable and the tech explained everything to her very well. We have only seen a few ants since they showed up (a major improvement!). I would definitely use them again.

Everything went well. I purchased the deal from Angieslist, got a call on the next day to schedule the service. Showed up on time and work was done in professional manner.

Provider came to the home, set traps and explained the nature of each of two types. (low grade poison and traditional spring traps). Issue was resolved within a week. WE decided to continue the 'service' for another month to be certain that the rodents would not return and sealed the entry hole. Upon discontinuing service there was no pressure to continue... the service pro simply picked up the traps and we were done.

It went pretty well. My wife was home at the time and said someone came by and sprayed around the house. Simple and easy

That went pretty good. He seemed pretty knowledgeable about what he was doing and he was pretty thorough.

They have to make several tips but eventually they got it in control.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went well. My interaction with the provider was good. Their service has gotten good results and they were timely; I did not have any problems. They came out about six weeks after I purchased the deal.

Had rats in floor spaces and attic. Walked around house and told me what I already knew. Did not climb roof to explore/cover potential exterior rodent entry points. Set traps in attic. Came back later to check traps. Pushed annual fee for same.

Our residence was found to be clear but minor work was done on a vent to make sure rodents could not enter. In addition recommendations were made regarding the insulation for the heating duct work. The news was obviously good but I also appreciated the time taken to explain things.

Not their fault but it was raining that day and thetreatment may not have stuck.

They did an excellent job and left the house ant clear and clean!

The technician was about 90 minutes late. There was also a mix up with my address. But when he arrived he got right to work and did not try to rush to get the job over with. He inspected the house for rodent entry points and pointed out everything he noticed. He also placed traps where there was some old droppings. He also closed some possible burrow holes. And finally he treated the outside perimeter for insects. I think he did a good thorough job. He was coming from Seattle during rush hour so I can understand being late and the address mix up was not his fault.

Very polite and professional. On or ahead of time, and nice to work with. I've used exterminators before and it's usually kind of scary to have them around. Not these guys. Price was exactly as quoted + tax. Be prepared to have your small pet animals contained away from the treatment areas for most of the day. I simply stuck the cat in the garden shed with a litter box and food and water for the day - he wasn't happy, but it worked fine. Some of the chemicals are toxic until they dry and a rat trap can break a small cat or dog's foot. Remember, you're asking them to kill and poison things - you want your own small animals out of the way of that.

He arrived on time on both appointments, set up and did a complete inspection of the areas under our house.

They were fine, a bit expensive for this service. They set some traps but didn't find the route of my problem. I'm not sure I would use them again.

These guys are great. They are on time, do the required work efficiently, and very professional. I highly recommend their services.

Ants were gone within two days of the first treatment in August, which lasted 3 months. The second treatment lasted until spring. WOuld definitely recommend them again.

The service was fine. I did think the price was a little high for amount work performed.

Not much more to say. He got rid of the ants.
