It was fine. He did a very good job. He was nice and on time. He got the job done.

Ryan did an excellent job explaining the type of ant problems we had (no carpenter ants thankfully!) He also provided information on ways to prevent rodents, etc from getting into the house. He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We would use the service again and highly recommend it to others/

It was great. He came out and got rid of them. He did no damage to the house. There was 1 year warranty. The price was reasonable. He very through. He explained how he sprays wasps and they take it back to the queen and it kills her and the other wasps. I highly recommend them.

The product they used was no better than water and did not stop any of the bugs from coming in. I felt after talking to teh man who came to do the work this "special" offer was only used to get me to sign up for more services but as I pre-paid on Angie's list for this "deal" I went ahead and let them do their work. All I can say is never again.

It was a big deal purchase and I experience with them was good. Last year I got the same deal and without telling me they signed me up for the reoccurring service, which is an ongoing problem with them, and they didn't communicate that. Other than that I'm pretty happy with them. They are friendly and seem to be patient. I haven't really seen any bugs about. They didn’t do anything to me to make me go wild but they were nice, efficient and on time. They give the target window but they were there within five minutes. They were very friendly and nice.

I originally called Stop Bugging Me Pest Control because I had been bitten for several months by something in my bed. I thought I had bed bugs, although I never saw them. What impressed me was that Stop Bugging Me Pest Control (SBMPC) took the investigative process one step at a time. Piper, a dog, trained to find bed bugs, was brought in and did not find any evidence of bed bugs. The next appointment was a thorough inspection of my attic and crawl space. Attic was fine, but crawl space was full of rat skeletons and rat feces. The bites I had been experiencing were probably from mites on the rats. The big money was only spent once SBMPC determined the problem. I have not experienced any bug bites since my crawl space was cleared of rat infestation, and sanitized. SBMPC personnel were concerned, professional and thorough. I have hired them to do an annual inspection to make sure my crawl space and home are clear of any infestation.

They do not work in Arlington so no appointment was set and no work done.

This turned out fine. They came out and did the work. They tried to get me to sign up for a regular maintenance but I didn’t feel like I needed it, so I declined. They did a spray on the exterior but I wish they would have told me what it was they were spraying.

We discovered ants in our basement and our dining room as well as our walkway outside. The first treatment by Stop Bugging Me took care of the ants inside the house and the second treatment (on May 12) took care of the ones outside. We were aware that it might take more than one treatment to get rid of them, since it's not always clear where the nest is. Prompt, friendly service. Will use them again!

The service went fine. I was satisfied with their service. They were professional, they got the job done, and I have no more problems. I would recommend them.

Good. Rats dead and excluded from the attic. Only down side was they cut a large hole in the ceiling which they were going to come back and fix - and never did.

My guy was awesome and set the traps and came back a week later to get them out and he'd caught them. He found a whole under my foundation they were getting in and cemented it closed for no extra charge which was awesome. Good experience and hope we don't need to use them again because they seem to have done the job well but would call them again if I had to.

Great. We have gone a year without ants.

Provider came to my house, did an audit, and found a number of places that rats were getting into the house. Places that I would never look for. For example, where two sloping rooflines meet, there is a tiny hole above the gutter that they were getting in. They installed traps, closed up all the holes, and came back a couple weeks later. A different person came, and did another look around. Checked the traps, and found that they had caught some rats. Those guys were HUGE! They advised me to make sure that trees were 5' away from roofline, and gave me some other tips. They also left some traps for me to keep. Great service, came on time. Would highly highly recommend. Haven't had any rat problems since.

The service was just fine. We have been quite happy with the service and that is why we are continuing their service.

My experience went well. The technician was friendly and explained what he was going to do in the appointment. They were good to schedule with and it was easy. After the treatment, there was a significant decrease with the bugs. I have recommended this to company to others.

Technical was on time and did a great job. Was friendly and knowledgeable.

Went great. Scheduling was a breeze and the service support explained what was included in the deal and what to expect when the technician arrived. Also, inquired about the various maintenance service plans available. Wife was home when the technician arrived for the scheduled service. The technician explained what he was doing and answered all her questions. Products are safe around pets. Wife was comfortable with technician and said he was very polite. A few rodent traps were placed and they will come out in the next two weeks to monitor the activity. Will use again in the future and might decide to move forward with one of the maintenance plans.

A very positive experience. Technician was very knowledgable and pointed out that our home was fairly well protected already. He did his work without my supervision and accomplished his tasks efficiently. One item needed monitoring for a couple days and he came back to the house when promised.
