Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

We saw a few bees 2 weeks later and they followed up (though didn't bring two people so had to come back later as they needed to use a rather tall ladder) but saw no residual activity. I believe it went well but we really won't know until spring as it's impossible to tell if the queen is dead or just down for the winter. I'll update the review later.

They did a great job. I had it through a special on Angie’s List but I don’t remember what the cost was. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. They answered all my questions about pests. They were able to identify what kind of ants and treated based on that. They were just good.

Arrived on time. Very professional. Explained how and why wasps enter a home and build their nests. Went up in the attic and saw a huge nest. Sprayed the skylight where the wasps were entering the bathroom and said that a few would continue to show for a few days but if in a week they were still around he would come back and re spray -- no charge. Before he sprayed I was swatting approximately 20 - 25 wasps daily. Since the spray this morning only 4 or 5 have appeared and they are slow and easy to kill. Very happy so far. December 14, 2014. Stop Bugging Me returned a week later and were able to spray the nest itself. A few more drowsy wasps descended and 2 weeks later SBM returned and got rid of the entire nest. Am more than delighted. Cost was $99 for 3 visits which included the removal of the huge nest. Will definitely use them again should more wasps or any other rodent inhabit my home ..

Michael was on time, very knowledgeable and articulate and professional. He had a great smile.He vent the extra mile to share some suggestions about screen replacements to keep out critters. I am happy.

My only complaint is that it took about 10 days to schedule an inspection. When you have evidence of mice, that kind of time lag is upsetting.

I am a real estate broker and have used them many times before. This time my client's condo had bad ant problem. Called them up and easy apt set up. Even got the Angie's List discount. They were very quick to contact my clients to set up the appointment. They were on time and did a very thorough treatment. Their price is competitive and excellent quality of work. Will recommend again!

Arrived promptly and did a good job. Very neat and orderly.

Personable operator, different guys on different days, verified my suspicion of a rat, educated us, set traps, later emptied trap and did an inspection to make sure there were no places where rats could easily enter. We found many places where they had chewed the dry wall seeking entry. I was very pleased with the level and effectiveness of service. I don't need the exterminator to be nice, but these guys were.

They were punctual and professional but it was a bit difficult to schedule a follow up with them perhaps it was a busy season and they were booked. Also we would've appreciated if they warned us that we may find a whole colony of bees inside the house after they apply the spray. We had to literally evacuate the house for a few days until they went away. Otherwise, we would recommend the service.

Havn't seen a bug since the service. We have pets and they are safe and fine.

The company contacted me quickly to schedule the service. They arrived at the appointment on time and inspected the crawl space, attic, and exterior for rodents. He plugged up 2 vents and the provider will come back for 2 more visits to inspect the traps. I was doing the service for as a rodent preventative. I will be using this service again for any future needs.

He came on time, there was no point of spraying the wasp nest as it was dead and empty. Offered to do spider/insects treatment instead. He was quick

The Technician arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. He explained the procedure he would use and applied a spray. He told us to expect the problem to be resolved within a week but told us to call again if the bees were still there. There were still bees around the next week so we called back. The technician responded right away and returned to administer another treatment. That did the trick!

He showed up on time. He explained how the wasp treatment would work. He did it quickly and professionally, and a few days later the wasps were gone.

I started with SBM about 18 months ago when I purchased a Big Deal. They were so good that I got a service contract for regular pest control treatment. I live next to a huge wooded ravine, so my house looks like the set of Arachnophobia during spider seasons. Yes, when you live by the woods, there are multiple seasons a year. This helps quite a bit. Last year, my dog managed to get fleas and bring them inside. I didn't realize it, but that was included in my service as well, so the tech did the inside of my house when he showed up for spider day. Everyone I've interacted with at SBM has always been friendly and polite. They email me well in advance of my services, which I also appreciate.

For a first timer the whole process was excellent. I really appreciated the fact that he was right on time with his estimated arrival. Cost was reasonable as well compared to others that offer the same service. If I have any concerns it's that for a week or so we still had a lot of bees in our yard. We checked daily for bees to return to how they were entering the attic and we didn't see any so this was probably just those that were gone at time of spray. But he assured us that if they returned now or early next year in the same location he would return and spray again. I would recommend their services to anyone.

It went fine. I paid extra 17$ for tax. They arrived on time and they did the job. I did not compare price to others. They did not solve other issues that we had.

They showed when I was sleeping. They honored the deal price. They sprayed the outside of the house for spiders and I actually see more spiders outside my house. I went with them because they had a discounted coupon.
