The service was good. The person who came to do the service was very professional. We still have issues, but we will use them again.

I can't remember the details. It was last summer and a lot has happened since then.

The tech was very good. He was knowledgeable and on time. It was easy to schedule an appointment.

Scheduled for service this week. I'd give them all A's so far!

I purchased an Angie's coupon for this service and contacted the scheduler for an appt. An appt was created and I requested that the technician call me an hour before their expected arrival so I could ensure I was home. The scheduler simply scheduled a 4 hour block of time and said they would show up during that time. I did not receive a call and thus assumed the technician did not show up. I called the company the next day to find out what happened. The person I spoke to said the technician did show up, but did not perform work since no one was home. I set another appt and left my credit info with the scheduler so the work could be performed while I was not home. I returned home after the scheduled time and did not find an invoice, received no voice mail that the work was completed, and received no email about the work. I called the next day to find out what happened. The person I spoke to said that the technician did indeed do the work and would email an invoice in the next day or two. I received the invoice the next day. I had also asked the scheduler to have the technician take a look at a caterpillar nest we have in one of our trees. I received no information about it in the invoice. I emailed the company and they told me that a company with an ornamental certificate would have to take care of it. I then had to email again to get their recommendation for a company to take care of it. Overall, communication was a struggle, I am unsure if the work was even performed, and would not use this company again.

It was fine. It was exactly what was described in the offer. They weren't here very long. They didn't set any traps for rodents which surprised me. They said it wasn't necessay because they said that the crawlspace was completely closed up. I had to wait a while before we got an appointment.

The service worked out very well. I was very pleased with them. I like everything about them. They came at the time they said. They were very prompt, informative, and very knowledgeable about their business. They were a great help. The quality of their work was very good. They did a great job, we haven't noticed anything, so we are confident they did their best, and took care of the job.

I myself had tried using every bee/hornet killing product that I could find and sprayed it in and around the nest opening for weeks with the use of a very long extension pole. Nothing worked. As I researched the problem I discovered these nests are often built not just straight inside the opening, but also turn down at a right angle off to the side, which is unreachable with just spray. I also found out that if you manage to block their entrance they will just move their nest to somewhere else on your house or often eat through into the interior walls to get out!. When I spoke to "Stop Bugging Me" they informed me that they would use a tacky type of treatment that the worker bees would then track back to their nest which would infect the entire hive and also the queen. I was concerned about the safety of my family and pets but was informed that after allowing an hour for the treatment to dry there was no health risk. The technician was friendly and informative and answered any and all questions that I had. The treatment was very quick and just like he had told me within a couple of days the yellow jackets were gone. I was given a quarantee that if they we're not completely gone for any reason, that the service would come back again at no extra cost.

This is a great company. Highly responsive and flexible. I had to reschedule my service call multiple times, but they were pleasant and accommodating. When we finally set the date, they were out right on time, went straight to work, explained what was found and took steps to take care of the problem! We're going to have them come back to remove all the garage attic insulation and deodorize the area, as well.

I bought a big deal to deal with bees that had been buzzing around my front door. I needed to wait a few weeks, but the service was great and they included a big nest under an eve that I hadn't noticed. I'd definitely use them again.

The guys that came were nice and knowledgeable. My only issue with the service was that they were pretty booked up at the time and it took them a couple of weeks before they could come out. Overall, the service was good and I would use them again.

They plugged up some holes and set traps in the attic. The service has gone very well so far. I haven't noticed any more rats in the attic so that is good. They arrived on time and very courteous.

Great! The service provider answered all my questions, He was great working with and around my child who was following him around and getting in the way. He was a very nice man, calming and reassuring. Yay, for not having bed bugs!

The provider arrived exactly on time. He provided a clear explanation of what the problem was and how he was going to remedy it, including the name of the chemical he was going to use. Provider also checked around the house for other nests. I asked a bunch of additional questions which he answered patiently. I was happy to find out that the provider would come out again to re-treat free of charge if the nest was still active a few weeks after his visit (which it wasn't, so the initial treatment worked). Overall, a great experience! Would certainly use this provider again and recommend to others.
