Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

Jeff was very patient while answering our questions. Nice tidy job of vacuuming hive and dead insects out of wall cavity.

Was given a 2 hour window and he actually showed up a few minutes early. Michael seemed very knowledgeable. Only time will tell the effectiveness of the treatment but I'm optimistic. I was advised that I should trim the trees away from the house as overgrown trees can allow easy access to the roof for rodents and other pests. Will add that to my to-do list.

Service was great. I bought one of the Big Deal offers in the evening and the company promptly called me in the morning and was able to get a technician to me the same day. The person who came was great. The job was easy. I had a window near the nest that he was able to just lean out and spray. Felt a bit overpriced for what was needed but that really had to do with the window being in the perfect location. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and I would use them again

Never had but I thought we had bed bugs because I was being bitten at night. The tech didn't believe I had bedbugs but sprayed for it anyway and charged 900$. He then charged me another 350$ for fleas. He then came back 20 days later and sprayed again. The problem got worse much much worse and still the tech just sprayed and left. Thankfully we called another exterminator who correctly identified the biting insects as mites. I called the Stop Buggin Me office and asked if it might be something coming up from the crawl space and shouldn't they inspect - the receptionist then replied,"Are you vacuuming everyday?" They don't listen or even weigh the facts to look for a real solution. If you call four times you will get four different answers on when the best time to come back and spray is. They don't seem to know anything about entomology or even care if they correctly identify the problem. They quote one price but then charge for each and everything. Very expensive choice and never solved problem. Thankfully I got feed up and called another company.

Great experience from start to finish. All the other reviews on here are correct. Very easy to schedule, they came at the appointed hour and took care of my problem. Used a $99 coupon from Angie's List (and was charged sales tax on that separately). Would absolutely recommend this service.

I have this service quarterly and the technician is always very professional and friendly. I started a few years ago due to an ant problem and with the continued service have been able to keep everything under control.

they did a decent job. I was surprised to know though that the treatment only works for one kind of pest (I thought it would be for both ants and spiders but it turned out that I had to pick just one). A bit too pricey for me, but the service itself was good.

The treatment went smoothly. Even though we were warned we might see wasps for up to a week, we didn't see any after a few days.

They did not resolve the wasp infestation after two visits to our home and didn't seem to care since they had already been paid. To add insult to injury they phoned and asked me to pay the tax that Angie's list did not include in the amount of $9.34. The receptionist was extremely rude every time I called. I have never written a review, but needed to in this case. It was a complete waste of money.

They did a great job. Yellow jackets were all gone in a few days.

Quick, easy, no pressure. Very professional and haven't seen a carpenter ant since. Would recommend.

After the technician left I walked around the house to examine the work and most of the spider webs and cob webs were still there while he sprayed and bugs seemed to be on their way out I was just disappointed that it didn't look like he took care of many of the spider and cob webs.

We had some tenants move out of our rental house and leave behind their cockroaches. So we looked on Angie's List to find an exterminator. We called a few and then found the coupon for Stop Bugging Me. and gave them a call. We called Stop Bugging Me and asked them a few questions about our cockroach and ant problems. They were very informative and learned some interesting things about the cockroache. They seemed very professional so we had them come out and spray for the cockroaches and the ants. Included in the fee was a re-inspection in 3 weeks. They found a few straggler ants outside and sprayed around some more to make sure they were gone. I was impressed..Thanks , Stop Bugging Me.

The first person who came out was professional and very quick. I had mentioned that I had seen a lot of wasp activity under our front deck stairs, but I never saw him go under there. When I got his report via email, it never mentioned treating under the stairs. I emailed back and got a response right away. She said she had talked to the tech and that he did go under the stairs. I still didn't feel that it had been done since his clothes weren't dirty and I never actually saw him do it. She talked to him again and decided to just send someone back out. The sevice manager came out and got under the stairs and even gave me some helpful preventative tips for the Spring. My only issue was not having it all done in the first visit and the fact that there were nests left in my driveway after they'd been knocked down, but I was happy with the responsivness and how eager they were to make things right.

Thought we were schedule for a quarterly service for a long distance parent. Visited parent this summer and spiders were very prevalent found out service tech told her it was a one time sevice. Very frustrating as specific conversation was about continued service.

All contacts were professional and pleasant. They made an appointment just a day or two out; showed up on time. took care of business and the wasps are gone. Very impressive.

They did a great job. Advised that we should be seeing a decrease in the bee population within a day or two and no bees within the week. Within 4 days there was no bee activity! We needed to get rid of the bees before our fence contractor could work on replacing some boards in our gate that bordered up against the front of the house. We did not want him to get stung by the little bees hovering in and out of the area. They were gone just in time!

Kyle arrived on the early side of the two hour window. He was very professional and considerate of my dogs, telling me to not let them out for awhile after the treatment and to close my windows during the treatment and for awhile afterward. I would definitely use this company again, should I need to.

These folks were very responsive. My wife called to set up the appointment and they happened to be in the area so sent someone by that day. We will definitely use them again if we have any pests to get rid of.

Service went wonderfully! He showed up on time, crawled into the attic to kill the bees, then came back a week later (part of the $95) to seal the hole through which they were entering.

The technicians arrived right on schedule, confirmed the requested service and went right to work. They were very courteous and professional in the performance of their work.
