It worked for a while, but the ants are back. I know there are some companies that offer to come back 6 months later, which is included in the price. This company came back once, about a week later. Everyone was kind and professional, but if I am going to pay that much, I would hope the deal was that the service would continue to be provided until the ant problem is completely gone.

The technician arrived and I explained that over several days I had seen wasps inside the house particularly at the front window. I suspected that they had gotten in through the fireplace flue and the tech confirmed that possibility. He noted that wasps had nested in the roof openings along the gutter in the back and sprayed all of those that he could reach. When I asked why not spray them all he said that the wasps would carry the insecticide from one nest to another and eventually die out . He also suggested that I light a fire in the fireplace and smoke out any that had collected in the flue, which I did. I continued to have a few wasps appear over the next few days but eventually they disappeared. I thought at the time that more could have been done but I must confess that whatever he did, it got the job done.

He was punctual and professional as well as friendly. Decided I liked them so much we'd set up a 6 month pest control service. Haven't seen ONE bug since they treated and no rodents whatsoever.

Great, got it on the first visit. The tech explained how and when we should check it, and call them back for a second treatment (no charge) if the first didn't get all the hornets.

It was okay. There were no additional charges. It was both interior and exterior pest control. This was the first time we used them.

They were decent. They were very nice I think he missed a few spots but in general he did a good job. He did miss one rat that chewed through the stairway from the bottom up and chewed his way through the door.

Great experience. Bought deal on Angie's List and called the provider's office to schedule an appointment. Office staff was pleasant and helpful and scheduled and appointment for the end of the same week. Service rep was on time and friendly and got right to work and was done in a short time. Treatment seems to have worked. Good experience and would use the provider again.

Initially I was very impressed with the service. The tech called in advance, he showed up on time, was knowledgable and professional. The work appeared to be thorough when completed. A month later and I am not happy with the service. I have spiders everywhere on the exterior of my home and some in the garage. I called their office to see about a follow up or warranty of the service. I was told that this was a "one time only" service and that it should result in a "60-70 % reduction in spiders". I have more spiders now then I had when they came out. The rep I spoke with said there is "no warranty, guarantee or follow up with the package" that I purchased. The lady on the phone had the nerve to suggest that I purchase an additional service package!!! There is not a chance that I would do business with this company again. $99.00 down the drain, don't make the same mistake.

Ants disappeared for a few months. Seems to have worked.

We have required this kind of treatment in past years, but it was never as thorough & satisfactory as this company. Now I can even forgive their incredibly bad ads.

The inspection and diagnosis took just a few minutes, and the fumigation took less than 10 minutes. It was very efficient. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

The technichen used a variety of treatments to insure that the wasp nest would be eliminated. He was very thorough in applying the different sprays to take care of the problem. Wasps were mostly gone within hours and nonexistent the next day. No mess or residue occurred due to the treatment.

I purchased a $99 Big Deal for a Bee/Wasp treatment. I had an active wasp nest hidden inside the eaves along my roofline. Stop Bugging Me contacted me and scheduled the service appointment promptly. The technicians who performed the service were on time and very friendly. They took their time with the service and explained everything they had done. Most importantly the treatment was successful and there has been no evidence of the wasps returning.

He arrived within the "time window" did a brush for spiders on the front porch (yay), but the main focus was the exterior treatment around the perimeter of the house. Very professional and quick-job completed satisfactorily. Would use this provider again if needed.

We had this company come out twice for two separate issues. The first was to take care of a wasps nest growing in a tree at the bottom of our driveway. We noticed an immediate decrease in wasp activity after they treated the area. A few weeks later we called them again as we were seeing many small spiders throughout the house. We purchased an excellent coupon from Angie's List for treatment of the outside of our house When they came, they had emembered we had called them for the wasps nest just before so they checked on that for us too and took the old nest away. They have always been very professional and friendly both on the phone and in person. It was extremely easy to book an appointment with them and I like their honest and direct approach to the task at hand. The coupons/deals they offer on Angie's List are excellent and definitely keeps me coming back to them.

He gave a lot of information on not spraying a barrier but baiting the ants to combat them by taking that bait back to the colony.

The workmen showed up on time, were very professional, and got rid of the wasps. I would definitely bring in Stop Bugging Me Pest Control for any other pest problems.
