Stop Bugging Me was prompt, efficient, friendly, and did a great job clearing our house (which had been sitting vacant for a month and was covered in webs).

Went great! Work was thorough and they came out the next week for a free follow up to clean up the traps and stop up any holes.

Within a day or two we no longer heard noises behind our wall. Two weeks later Mike returned for the follow up inspection which was included in my service to check the traps and one dead mouse was caught in it. He left another trap in place just in case, but it's likely that this one mouse was all that was there. I am very satisfied with this pest control business and would highly recommend it.

We no longer have rats, and the person who came out was VERY nice, very personable, gave us advice on rodent and pest control for the future that was super helpful. Zero complaints on this service.

Service was great. They checked everywhere and set traps . Since they were here we have seen no sign of rodents.

They sprayed for the wasps. What I appreciated the most about the technician was that he really knew his stuff. They sprayed and after a couple of days most of them had died. I did have them come out a week later to finish off the stragglers. They did this at no additional charge. Great service!

They showed up right on time, answered all of our questions, and did an excellent job around the house. No more bugs this winter for us!

Everything went quick and smooth. I was called in advance of their arrival and they were on time for both appointments. Within minutes of arriving Kyle K and his coworker began examining the outside and identified potential spots for entry before they even checked out the inside. While one of them immediately began sealing the outside the other checked out the inside. They were thorough and kept me informed as they went. They gave suggestions to help prevent additional pests from getting into the garage. Kyle set up a follow up visit on the spot and a week later arrived right on time and cleaned the traps. I don't expect to encounter anymore issues thanks to them. Professional, excellent service and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The technician was prompt, professional and very courteous. He quickly assessed the problem, geared up and treated the nest. After the treatment, he was very thorough in explaining the treatment he performed and what we should expect to see in the next few hours and days. I highly recommend this business.

I scheduled the service. I did not realize my service said exterior and not interior too. But I asked the scheduler if interior was included. She said yes. I then emailed her and spoke to the actual technician guy about my request for the bottom floor and garage to be sprayed. Neither informed me of any additional costs to my original purchase. Then I get a bill showing that I am being charged for $259.99 service, minus a $90 discount and minus my $99.99. Leaving me with a bill of $96 and change to owe. I called, very upset because no one could help me and the manager was gone (at 1pm in the afternoon on a Monday!) and was not returning. He called me the next day, said he would look into it. I apologized for my heated message but informed him I was extremely upset. He said he understood and would call me back. He didn't. He emailed me the next day at 4:10pm just before he left and said it all looked ok. So no remedy and no call. I was mad. I sent him 2 emails. 1 showing him that I was indeed charged the $259.99. His response today? No call, he emails me and says I get too upset and he wasn't going to bother calling me. Really? That is how you behave as a manager? To a customer who you misinformed? And then they fraudulently ran my credit card without my authorization for the $96 and change. Really!!!! Who does this!? Who behaves like a child and doesn't fix things? He didn't even give me any options, like, ok, maybe cut it in half and call it even for the mistake? Anything? No, I was treated like I p***** in his Cheerios and he was upset that I felt the right to be upset at them! I have never been treated so horribly in my life by any company. And then have them try to steal my money! Do NOT use these guys, stay far away. And their inspector guy? According to my renter, he was scarey and shady.

I had the attic and crawlspace inspected and no pests were found. Don was methodical about his approach and gave a couple recommendations on prevention.

They're pretty good. There was an add-on charge. We had to reschedule but they came out on the agreed date. The service was good.

Mike arrived promptly, checked in with me, and immediately got to work. He was fast and efficient. He even followed up to ensure we were pleased with the work and if we were interested in the follow-up treatment in late summer.

They came in listened to us, explained what they would do, did an inspection, informed us on what they found and got to work. After discussing the problem with them and seeing the results of the first visit we decided to sign up for the service and we've been happy so far.

Service arrived on time just as scheduled, performed complete inspection in crawl space and attic. Set some traps in areas of noticeable activity after a complete explanation of what was found. Bait stations were also set outside. Returned about a week later and performed the same services and provided a verbal report of activity. Discussed future scheduled services which I declined because I will maintain.

The tech arrived on time and performed the work as expected. The tech was a bit grumpy, but we may have gotten him on an off day.

Great! He sprayed the opening with toxins and no bees were seen coming or going after that. Prior to spraying hundreds if bees would enter and leave the nest in a few minute period of time.

The people, who mow our yard, discovered a wasp nest at ground level. I called Stop Bugging Me and they sent Jonathan who took care of it completely. No more wasps, plus, he noticed some carpenter ants and took care of them, too. The carpenter ants were responsible for creating the space used for the wasp nest. I was most appreciative for the quick response in dealing with this.

They showed up on time and did a great job. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and shared some very helpful information about yellow jackets. He went to work, sprayed the yellow jackets (they were inside the wall of my house). Within just a few hours, no more yellow jackets to be seen. Great job!

It turned out okay. But, I still have the spiders. They said it was a bad year for spiders. I actually called them back and they said that I actually needed to do more than one treatment. But I'm not going to do that. I've got some home spray stuff I'm just going to try. I'm not going to keep paying that amount of money and not do anything. I had to pay tax. It was 10% more. It looked like maybe he could have missed some spots. But, it's hard to say.
