Stop Bugging Me Pest Control showed up on time and did the requested service. the nest was not active

We had bee problems on my house and rental house. We use their services and very happy with results, their technician is very very responsive and taken care of problems. We will use their service in the future.

Everything went smoothly. The bees were properly exterminated and have not returned since.

They were on-time, efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and great to work with!

Exterminator came out and assesesed the area in question and confirmed the foul smell, did a thorough sweep of the house (attic, basement, entry ways, etc) and could not find anything. Had a follow-up appointment a week later with this supervisor and both could not find anything. They were very nice but its very unfortunate that they could not pinpoint the issue and resolve.

First of all I am not the kind of person to speak badly upon a company but this one I have no choice due to the awful service that ultimately put my family health in danger. Also please keep in mind that this was NOT my first time of dealing with rodent issues. I have worked with another local company in the past who has dealt with our issues with a two visit package the same as the one I paid for with this company. The other company handled the situation and we were rodent free for very long time so we know how this works. Now for my details -- I wish I had the name if the employee that came to our home as my GUT feeling is that the company itself probably is fine but this particular employee really is making a bad name for them. I contacted this company after I had the awful experience of going into a storage closet in my back bathroom to get paper towels only to open the door to a LARGE BROWN RAT!!! I screamed and scared the awful thing so bad that he ran back and forth then ran over my bare feet to scramble under the cabinet. This is when I paid for the deal and scheduled appointment. They did get someone out within a few days BUT when the worker came he entered my home only to tell me that the closet had clutter and therefore he would have to reschedule after the closet was clean. NO FRICKIN WAY could I go into that closet as I was petrified, What in the world -- Here he worked for a rodent company and was not willing to go into a closet. He then went outside to call the "office", which I do not think happened. HE then came in and said he was willing to set one trap in the front of the closet and then to place one trap in the dreaded bathroom. He then left four traps for ME to set. . He then refused to go under the home as my spouse was not there. BUT he would do it ONLY if I signed a annual contract for them to come out every two months at $200 a month. He also wanted me to leave me my key so he could come into my home while we were gone to check the two traps. REALLY?? He kept telling me to rub my ears like he learned in college football to relax. You can guess my reply = lets just say it was not very lady like. Please remember I am not new to this stuff, and I am very much a lady. So he left. I contacted Angies List to complain and then contacted the owner to give him the chance to make it right. He did try, kind of. He immediately sent out another tech by the name of Tom who was GREAT. This guy did check the two traps and both had mice which he removed and set two more traps. He then also went under the house and assured me that I would only be working with him. I was ok at this point. He agreed to come to the home a week later to check traps and again assured me I would not have to deal with the football Jock. I was ok with this and willing to allow them to redeem themselves. Well we were gone for 12 DAYS and came home to find out no one was ever out., I contacted the company and guess what?? They sent the original FOOTBALL dude out and he claimed nothing was in traps etc. and also claimed to bait the rat house. Well now its beginning of January and suddenly I have approximately 200 + flies in my home. (dead of winter)_ and my house smells so badly of death that I had to send my grandchildren away. The smell is so bad that I literally have thrown up many times and feel very ill. We have had to hire a new company for $300 for three visits and I tell you I am SO IMPRESSED with the new company as the employee went up and beyond anything I ever would have expected. That closet that the first company football dude refused to look in this guy just took everything out as he knew I would put the items back in. HE FOUND A LARGE RATS NEST along with a DEAD RAT == This rat was there when the football dude refused to look. They also put bait in the outside rodent houses which literally had NONE and will be out go two more visits. We should never have had to hire another company so quickly if the first one had done their job. They literally do deserve a F- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hate to report any negative things on any company but this company had the chance to fix everything yet DID NOT. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. You should NOT have to pay twice for three visit rodent control within a two month period. PLEASE DUE NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PS sorry for grammar errors

Technician arrived promptly. He listened carefully and identified the location of the ants. He sprayed perimeter of the garage/house. We decided not to spray inside as I didn't want to leave the house for 4 hours and I believed that the problem was outside and they were just getting into the house in 2 spaces. He baited in those 2 locations and made an appointment to return in a week to see if any more had entered. He arrived promptly for the next scheduled appointment. There was no more sign of them so that was that. He suggested I sign up for a regular service as this was the second time I used their service. This was only 2 attacks in 2 years so not sure it's worth the regular service and the toxins make me nervous.

Caught rats. I ended up disposing a couple myself, do to appointment wait time. Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and friendly....Thanks

Stop Bugging Me pest control was great to work all the way through! I easily made an appointment that worked for me a couple of days after purchasing a Big Deal. The technician was on time and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and asked if we had any questions. He was thorough around our home and finished in a timely manner. He told me it may take a couple of applications to get the results we wanted, but he was in no way pushing me into a service agreement. I really appreciate that! I will have them come back this year for a follow up. I would recommend using this company!

Decrease in spiders/insects inside and outside the home

They claimed not to find any ingress points but sure enough, I did in fact have rats. Moving on to another provider who can find the problem.

Job was completed without any issues.

We used the coupon. The service guy seemed nice, but at the last visit, he just left after the work without noticing or showing us anything even if he said he would. We called and tried to ask him what happened, but we couldn't reach and he never called back. We finally could talk to his boss after a while, and we were told that the work had been done properly. The work itself might be good, but we wanted more responsibilities from the worker and wanted to feel more sure about their work.

The provider was very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleasurable to work with, and provided excellent service.

Noticed a ton of bees in my hedge along the south side of my house. thought the hive was in the hedge but when the service person came out it was found that the larger hive was in the ground in the back yard. He sprayed the hive very well and also took care of the ones in the hedge with a promise to come back out if they return. I haven't seen many since about 3 days after his work but will call in the spring if they return. Ordered on day 1 - scheduled visit for day two that same day as ordering. Couldn't ask for more!

They were professional, courteous and helpful

It was okay. We were asking some follow-up information and there were two visits. It was part of the deal. One guy was okay, the other guy was not that great. It wasn't a bad experience it's just wasn't what we envisioned. I guess we got what we paid for. It wasn't great. I think the inspection was far and we thought that it would be that they would offer at least for they did additional charge for more extensive pest control services and they never followed-up on it.

The provider arrived promptly, and was very courteous. He explained where and how the insects could be entering, although he didn't find any activity during the visit. He treated the likeliest points of ingress and explained everything. The next day, we received a full report by email. We've had no trouble since the visit. Whether or not the problem would have gone away on its own, this was well worth the approximately $100 the visit cost.

It went pretty good. You actually don't get much for your money. They charged extra because my house is bigger than 2000 sq. ft. It was $20 or $30 more because of the extra footage. I have a 2200 sq. ft. house and that deal was up to 2000 sq. ft. They did do a little bit more than another company that I called. Apparently, there is still some rats in my garage. He said he found all the holes. But, certainly, he didn't. They could be more extensive on the follow-ups.

He explained to us that he wasn't spraying any chemicals or harmful things like that. He put a product by the hole that the bees were attracted to and stuck to them. It slowly killed them off and in less than a week they were all gone. Worked great.

Was able to get a next day appointment. Technician was knowledgeable and could tell right away where the main wasp nest was. Even though it wasn't part of the job scope, he also took a look at the smaller nests that we had retired using grocery store products to confirm we got it all.

Technician was on time. Very courteous. Took care of problem. Haven't had any further bee issue as of yet.

The provider did first spray and it has activities after 2 weeks, the provider come back to do additional spray and it works.
