Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

It went very well. The treatment was in two phases. The first phase included an inspection of the house, inside and out. It was decided not to apply pesticide to the exterior of the house because 1) there were too many decorative and food plants. Ant traps were placed throughout the house and a pesticide was applied directly to the areas with the worst infestation. A second visit occurred two weeks later when they sprayed a pesticide along all the interior baseboards. We had to bundle up the cat and leave for three hours until the spray dried otherwise the entire process was convenient and unobtrusive. And most importantly, the ants disappeared. I was impressed with the staff. They are knowledgeable and informative; and they performed the treatment efficiently and with great care.

In both cases, we used Angie's list for the $95 treatment. The response by Stop Bugging Me Pest Control was great. The office staff was very helpful and both Mike Jones ('15) and Kevin Jackson ('18) were professional, personable and enjoyable to have doing the actual extermination. Both guys told us that yellow jackets can't see white. When I asked why the company gave them navy blue shirts, they just smiled!

Easy...no drama and now no more wasps.

Technician called right away and said he had a opening for same day instead if my appointment for 1 week out. Amazing. He showed up on time and went right to work. He checked out the issue, made recommendations and performed the spraying. He told me if they weren't dead in 7 days to call back and gave me his card with his cell number. I had to call back and he came out right away at night additional charge. Excellent technician, excellent guarantee, and excellent service, all at a competitive rate.

I assumed who came out to do the work would be qualified to not damage my home/ roof in the process of getting rid of the wasps. The fellow sprayed the foam out of a can from a distance to reach the ventilation hole where the wasps were. It was above part of my BRAND NEW ROOF that we had just put down two days prior. This hired Pest control "expert" who came out never said we needed to cover the roof area with tarp or something to protect the roof from the wasp foam over spray. On the can I am sure that it even says that the product will stain roofing. I have spent the last 4 days trying to clean up this staining on my NEW roof I now have to just live with the staining as it appears to be permanent. What angers me most is that I hired this company to come do a job and expected them to have people working for them that know what they are doing and know the products that they use and how to use them properly! this was not the case at all. They are the pest control experts.... I do not know about the products that they are using.... and I would have gladly put tarp down if the person who came to do the job said that I needed to cover the roof area below where he was spraying. I would have given an F grade but since the wasps are gone I gave a D grade. The wasps are gone, but, a portion of my new roof is ruined.

They used a non-toxic solution to rid of the wasp infestation I had in my backyard.

Tim, the technician was on time, professional and reassuring. He listened to my concerns and took into account the information I provided regarding the house inspection completed 6 years ago when I bought the house. He did a careful check of the interior and perimeter of the house, checked the attic and discussed steps to take in the yard to discourage rodents. He concluded that there were no gaps or holes that would allow access to pests, and recommended a simple fix for one area where there is a break in the siding. I am very pleased with his performance.

Stop Bugging me came and provided the services promised in a very professional manner. The ants did not go away right away, but since they guaranteed the services for 3 months, I was able to call them back to re do the work. I like them enough to purchase the annual service which was as reasonable price and they continued to provide a fair service and awesome guarantee.

Prompt, courteous and thorough. Baited the areas inside, so the ants take it back to eliminate the nest. Also sprayed exterior of the house. The ants in one area ceased. The second area was significantly less, so the area was baited again on the follow-up visit.

I'd never hired an exterminator before so relied on Angie's List to find one. Due to the great rating Stop Bugging Me! Pest Control has and after reading the customer reviews I felt confident that they were the right company to call. (I should also mention that their TV commercials are memorable as well.) The first contact I had with the company was with Adriana who answered my phone call. She was personable and knew what questions to ask me so as to understand exactly what I needed done. I especially appreciated her empathy and kindness regarding the situation, which was unsettling to me. My next contact with the company was with Pest Control Professional Jeff. Wow, does he know a lot about rats! Jeff walked the perimeter of my home and repaired two areas where he suspected the rats had gained entry to the crawlspace. When Jeff checked the crawlspace he took care of removing a dead rat and set traps. One week later on a follow-up visit Jeff confirmed that no other rats had been trapped and he left the traps in place just in case. Jeff was prompt, professional and explained everything he was doing. Adriana and Jeff made the entire experience of needing an exterminator so much better than I had expected. The commercials end with 'Leave everything to us', and it's true! They were great to work with and took care of the problem. Thank you, Debbie

Exterminator showed up, I showed him where I noticed ants. He put out some bait which they swarmed within a couple hours. A few days later, no more ants! Haven't seen any since.

Outside traps worked well for three months (the agreement was for a three month call). At the last call however, they found a couple more trapped rodents in the crawl space. Unfortunately, the tech couldn't find out where the entry point for the mice was. We decided to leave it as is with a few more traps set in the crawlspace.

It took several weeks of setting traps - but finally mice were eradicated (and all the entry points sealed)

Very well. It was a while ago, but they came and sprayed inside and outside. Gave me some helpful advice going forward.

He set 3 large traps in the crawl space and a mesh across a drainage duct from which he suspected rodents were entering the crawl space, and 3 large traps in the attic. He did not check the roof and wall from where scratching noises came.

Tim was great at locating where he thought the rodents were entering and plugged up the area. He was very professional and explained very well exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done.

$200 dollars for about 10 minutes of work. But the treatments worked. They basically had a spray can of bug spray and sprayed all the carpeted areas in my house. Cost covered 2 treatments. Satisfied - worth it.

Exterminator said he might have to come back if they don't die off in 1-3 days. By day 3, there was nothing moving around the nest. No need for the free callback. Service was fast and very friendly.

Very well we had to leave the house for a couple hours but had a good dinner and got back to find no more critters! Good job with a follow up!
