Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

Technician was great. Could not find location where rodents were getting in at and it took some investigating to find it. The technician located the entry point from a septic line coming into the house. The point of entry was sealed and a second visit verified no further activity.

Excellent. Second time we hired them. They came out a second round when the wasps were still around. Even dealt with a second hive that was missed on the first treatment.

It couldn't possibly have gone any better. Tom Grim was our technician who came, saw, and quickly eradicated these pests. Before treating, he told me what he was going to be doing, then he very carefully covered our plants and just as carefully removed the cover afterwards. He answered my questions (numerous) and left me with advice. The next day, via email, I received a comprehensive report as to what was found, what was done, along with recommendations.

They did an excellent job. The bees were gone within a day after they sprayed.

Scheduled an appointment within the week. Tom (who was friendly and seemed knowledgeable) came and sprayed around the nest. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes. The number of yellow jackets started to dwindle within a few days and within a week I stopped seeing yellow jackets entirely.

The person who showed up for the inspection was on time, friendly, and helpful. The only issue is that then they disappeared after the initial visit.

The tech sprayed suspected area from ladder, but was unable to get to 2nd floor. He also sprayed the perimeter of the garage and the areas we mentioned the mud daubers would hover around. He was knowledgeable and the unwanted pests have gone away and not come back. Work was done 2015.

Technician was wonderful. He was on time for the appointment and discussed several different treatment options with me. There was no pressure to sign on for a longer contract though it was offered. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Scheduled on time, service was provided. After about a month, spiders came back so I'm not sure if this is just the fact of nature or that the treatment wasn't as effective as it should be. For the wasp treatment (we called on a separate occasion), this was effective as there is no more activity in the wasp nest that was established on the front porch roof area of our home. As stated, the specialist came out, sprayed and said the activity should die down within 2-3 days. After a week, there are no more wasps so that seems to have done the trick! Scheduling them may be several days out as they seem to be pretty busy this time of year, so having a little patience might be required.

I used Stop Bugging me because of the number of good reviews on Angie's List. The last time I tried to use the regular wasp/bee spray the yellow jackets ended up coming into my house so I wanted a professional. I used a coupon from Angie's List. I decided to schedule on my own and called them up right before closing time. They were very friendly and scheduled an appointment for the next day (Saturday). Mike arrived on time, very nice and professional. Explained what kind of issue I had, how he was going to treat it, and told me about the Stop Bugging Me warranty. Looks like problem is gone and I am very happy with this company.

The exterminator said the ants would take the sprayed poison back to their nest and it would kill all the carpenter ants. It did! I have no more carpenter ants inside or outside my house! This is a great company!

so - so. The workers were nice and professional; the customer service staff couldn't answer questions very well, charged us for tax even though our Angie's list deal should have covered the cost completely. We were clear up front that we needed our attic entry points examined, and yet they didn't bring the proper equipment (tall ladder) on the initial visit. I had to follow up with them to make sure they brought the ladder on the second visit.

They had to come out twice but only charged for initial visit and provided great service!

It was fine. there was not evidence of any rodents but they put out traps anyway and will be coming back to check on them.

The technician showed was prompt and very nice. He carefully investigated the different tracks, he found the entry point, patched it and placed traps in 2 crawlspaces and 2 attics. To find the entry point, he had to crawl through some very cold water in the crawlspace as this was after some heavy storms and I was having some water intrusion problems in the crawlspace. I felt really bad for him, he didn't have any special protective clothes, but he did it and he solved the problem! The company showed flexibility and they were able to squeeze in one of my neighbors next to my appointment. I really liked the technician, he was very patient and answered all my questions. He also didn't use any scare tactics, which I really liked. One week later, another technician came to inspect the traps. One of them got one of them. I asked them if they could leave the other traps just in case, and he was nice and left them at no extra charge. I am glad that I did that, because in the next 2 weeks they captured 2 more intruders (which I removed myself). I will definitely use them again.
