Excellent job done, kinda pricey but done well.

The technician showed up exactly on time. He was dressed professionally and was very knowledgeable. He performed his work quickly and provided a complete review once he was done. We have a follow-up in 10 days to ensure that all our rodent and insect issues are under control. Great Job!

One time isn't enough for treating ants. Waste of money.

We had a large nest within our soffit above our electrical panel. The technician came out and sprayed the area which would slowly kill the bees All of the bees were gone in two days. I bought a $99 bee removal deal. Was very pleased. Was a very easy process.

Well the service I agreed to included them looking in my attic and we got so involved with trying to figure out exactly what had been in the cross space that we sort of forgot about going up in the attic.

David showed up and took care of the problem.

We bought a house that had some old damage from pests, but the sellers had no records of when they'd had services over the years. We opted for Stop Bugging Me and had our service tech, Kyle K come by for the initial assessment and baiting/spraying. He was on time (early actually), professional, patient and open with advice that would help us keep our house safe from pests. He gave his work cell number, and I did actually need to ask a question after the service, so called/texted him. He was again gracious and professional. We haven't had any issues with rodents. However, with the weather changes, we anticipated more spiders and ants and set up routine service over the next few months. We do need follow up service and feel comfortable having Stop Bugging Me continue our services as needed. If you are buying a home or need cleanup/prevention or pest control maintenance at your house, we definitely recommend this company, and Kyle Kellough specifically. Oh, and the price was right- we used the Angies List offer, but honestly, their prices are regularly spot on anyway.

Technician was very thorough in inspection. He patched two potential entries and setup traps for rodents. The follow up was done by another person. Two rats were caught.

The service is for a property that is vacant and for the new owner before they move in. The technician did not call in advance before arrival, so we missed each other both times - initial visit and follow up visit. He couldn't perform the work inside the house, and said he laid traps outside the house but we did not see any. We did not do get to do the rotten work that we need to get done, and my purchase for the service is used up. I am a returning customer but did not think the work is done effectively.

Very straightforward: exterminator quickly found how rodents got in, sealed off the entry, laid traps; came back a week later, removed dead rodents. No trouble since.

They are very polite and punctual. The technician explained to me that I don't have a mouse problem but a bat problem. He took the time to make sure I understand how to move forward with the issue. I would recommend their service and will use them again.

Great! At Mike's first visit he inspected the hole exterior of the house, the attic, and would have inspected the inside if I had any evidence of mice indoors. He identified that they were mice, not rats. He set and baited traps. On his second visit, he cut and installed or inserted wire mesh in the small gaps between the garage and the driveway. The traps caught mice, which I disposed of. He said he would have come out to dispose of the mice if I had called him. He e-mails in advance to remind you that he's coming, giving you a 2 hour window. He arrived promptly both times.

They told us it was bats not mice and helped us solve the problem.

They are always great, they show when expected and do a great job. Unfortunately the spiders are relentless and came back pretty fast, but this is no implication on Stop Bugging Me, it's just that the spiders are jerks! :)

First visit and follow-up promptly scheduled, and operative showed up on time. For spider control inside the house we were expecting to vacate the property (and the dogs) for 2 hrs, but on the day asked to stay away for 4 hours. Understand safety of course, but more notice would have been good. Written confirmation includes the names and dosages of all chemicals used. So far, all pests are dead!

I had an ant problem inside the house that was pretty bad. I told them about it when I called. They were supposed to lay traps which they did, however the service man who did it seemed like he didn't want to use their products. There were several areas and he only wanted to use 3-5 traps. I told him that it would not be enough. He said whether it's 3 or 10 it will do the same thing. He was very hesitant but after I told him what I wanted, he said 10 is the max so I agreed. Before he left, I checked a couple of the traps and found several where he did not even put the product inside the traps. I told him I really needed to have good coverage to make sure the problem is eliminated. His customer service stunk! I will be calling the company to have them send someone else out because I did not receive the service that I paid for.

Excellently - so well that we set up recurring service with them to come out and provide treatment for ants, and also take care of mice and rats which there is evidence of outside.
