Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

Description of Work: Outside service was fine. I mentioned multiple times in email that I didnt want to spray the regular interior of the home, and that my priority was the outside and the crawlspace. Unfortunately, I dont believe the crawlspace was sprayed. Perhaps a miscommunication from dispatch to the actual technician, but nonetheless the job wasn't accomplished as hoped.

Description of Work: Very professional and friendly. Went over our concerns, what they were going to do, what follow-up we might want to do, no contracts to lock you in. We are going to go with this company quarterly and then decide when date comes around "if" we need that particular one.

Description of Work: I purchased "$189 For Interior/exterior Pest & Rodent extermination" deal because I thought I had mice in garage and crawl space. Turned out to be rats, not mice. "Stop bugging me" installed 2 traps in garage and 2 traps in crawl space, found and patched holes between garage and crawl space, also repaired a crawl space vent that rats used to climb in from outside, said they will come back in a week to check the traps. Both garage traps caught baby rats the next night, so we disposed them ourselves and bought a couple new traps. There was a big rat caught next night, also there was a new hole in the wall into the crawl space. We added more traps, but no more rats. Next week "Stop bugging me" service man came back, patched new hole, disposed traps from crawl space (2 rats were caught) installed new traps, but said no more catch is expected. I think we are rat-free now. Got an estimate from "Stop bugging me" for after-rat crawl space cleanup for ~$1100. Seems expensive, but we'll probably go for it.

Well, I still have ants and when I called them to come back out, they tried to charge me an additional 89.00. |Will not use them again.

They sent a technician out within a few days and he did a great job getting rid of the ants in the interior and exterior of the home. No concerns at all and would use them again.

The president of the company contacted me and gave my next service free. They guarantee no spiders which is really important to us because my husband is very allergic.

Description of Work: The gentleman who came sprayed the perimeter of the house (outdoors only) for spiders. I wish I had known to do it earlier, but I really appreciated that he warned me to cover the edibles in my yard before he started spraying. I haven't seen a spider since and I really hope it lasts a good long while. There's been a GIANT and FAST one who has lived in the corner of my back deck for awhile. I try to be tolerant of creepy, crawly critters--I don't even try to kill the slugs and snails in my yard--but that one spider freaked me OUT!

Description of Work: They got rid of a hornet's nest for me and told me how I could handle another one by myself. Luckily I have not had to.
