Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's deal. I had rodent issues in the attic and crawlspace. The first visit was disappointing as the technician didn't have a ladder with him to check the roof. On the second visit he discovered the entry points in the roof where they were getting in and plugged up the holes. I wish that happened the first visit. Also, there were a few other entry points that I found later that I wished they found. However, for the cost I feel like I got what I paid for. I was pleasantly surprised that the visit came with a spray for insects. I would use them in the future, but would be more involved in the inspection of entry points.

Description of Work: They performed extermination services for a nest of yellow jackets in our soffits. They did it quickly. I have to wait a bit to see if the treatment killed the hive or not.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for one-time exterior ant/insect/spider treatment for only $99.99. They showed up on time. The bugs went away. The service was great.

Description of Work: Scott came out was very informative told me that I had concrete ants & told what could do to kill them, was polite & very informative.

Description of Work: This review is difficult to write as there were both good and bad aspects of this purchase. The company was wonderful in respects to its responsiveness and the quality of employees they sent out. My frustration was that although they inspected my property for rats and where they thought they might be entering the crawl area there wasn't any conclusive information to help me solve the problem. The other frustration was that even though they left several traps, they did not catch 1 rat. (I should qualify that they wanted to lay some glue traps in addition to the other snap traps but I didn't want that as I don't think that is humane.) I had previously caught one on my own using the electric shock trap, before calling them. The next frustration was that I would have had to pay more for them to come out and keep checking, since they hadn't gotten any rats, why pay more and have them just check. I could check myself without paying. I really feel like I wasted my money unfortunately. Maybe I was naive in thinking that they would continue until the problem was solved or at the least some results were accomplished. I still have my rat problem unfortunately. I will certainly check in more detail about exactly what the service entails before I hire another rodent removal company, if I ever do again. :(
