Our staff will take your call and work with you to first identify the problem. Description of Work: Inspected attic, crawl spaces and exterior for signs of rodents and points of entry. Installed traps and sealed off small points of entry. Also explained what they had done and advised me of a major repair needed to close off basement crawl space. Two guys, couple of hours, plus a return visit to check traps. Another check in about two weeks.

Description of Work: | |The first time around we purchased the rodent service as we had found an indication of possible rat(s). That was rat or rodent droppings in a house we purchased in June 2014. We contacted SBM shortly after we found the dropping behind the stove. The traps were set and the people came out, checked as per the scheduled service required. We hadn't found any rats, the traps didn't catch anything. | |No rats were caught. | |Regarding the pricing: The most recent pricing is for the quarterly purchase for insect control. I wouldn't use this service. We don't have an issue with insects, and feel it was a purchase that wasn't warranted in our house.

Description of Work: They inspected the actic for rat infestation. They sealed up suspected entry points. They found one dried up dead rat. They set traps and made two follow ups. No rats were found in traps. It went very well.

Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's deal. I had rodent issues in the attic and crawlspace. The first visit was disappointing as the technician didn't have a ladder with him to check the roof. On the second visit he discovered the entry points in the roof where they were getting in and plugged up the holes. I wish that happened the first visit. Also, there were a few other entry points that I found later that I wished they found. However, for the cost I feel like I got what I paid for. I was pleasantly surprised that the visit came with a spray for insects. I would use them in the future, but would be more involved in the inspection of entry points.
