Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

Fantastic. Not a single ant seen for 5 months!!! Pretty cool.

I had them come out two time. The first time the guy was really nice, he put down all the traps and bait. He said someone would contact me within a week or so and they did. When they contacted me that week it had actually gotten worse. So, they sent another guy out for free and he had to spray the house. She let me know it was going to get worse before it gets better. She said at that point, I can decide whether to sign up for the, every 3 months or the every month deal. We ended up signing up because of the interaction I had with him, so now I have them coming out every 3 months. Are ant problem is cutting back. They are definitely “A’s”, because they gave me plenty of follow up! And when I called them the next day after they had sprayed. I was like, “the ants are coming out of no where!” He calmed me down and said that, that was normal. Because they are not able to go back from where they were, so they are coming out and dying. It was worth the price, because when they came out the second time, it didn’t cost me anything for them to spray. He actually showed up a little early, it ended up he had more free time, so he came earlier. I am going to use them in the future, I am signed up for every 3 months. They are very flexible on time and days, especially for people like me that don’t have a lot of days off or the days off are weird. They actually are really good about working with your schedule. They are friendly! The one guy gave me his business card and told me to call him any time that I am having a problem.

I'm a realtor and I have actually been selling properties since 1975 and used a lot of pest control. They were the most thorough, efficient, on time and very fair that I've ever dealt with. I was so please because I had this rental since '92 and I need them to do things. I've had different pest control people there and they were the most thorough. They went through every part of the house and on the roof. None of the other people did that. They were very good. I have another pest control company for a year before that and it was bad. They did everything specified and they were not trying to sell service that wasn't necessary. They were great. As a real estate agent, I appreciate that. The worker explained everything in detail and was terrific with my renter and myself.

I noticed bees buzzing around my steps and noticed they were entering and exiting a hole in the ground next to a tree. I tried to rid the problem myself but had no luck and tried to ignore the problem. I then noticed the bees increasing in numbers and becoming more aggressive. I purchase the Angie's list deal and scheduled an appointment. The representative arrived on time, advised me of my yellow jackets problem and took care of it. So far I have not had any other issues. I'd use them again.

Anthony was prompt, professional, easy to talk to, very helpful. Fortunately there seem to be no bugs, but we will certainly call if we ever have pest issues in the future.

They were not very well actually. They came out right away, but the cost doesn't justify the service they do. It was kind of wobbly language on their contract where we didn't know that it is around $60, but over $120 for every visit. He just sprayed outside a little bit but it is $100 does not work that. We had a spider issue, I mean they just do like a baseboard tray where we find we had other pest control coming into the area. They do wall injection and stuff and and they didn't do much in ways just spray outside and that is about it. Initially we had ant issue which we kept spraying it and after that is just gone. My whole point was the service they provide and the money it doesn't justify. We would like to spray inside but the way they come in kind of thing sometimes just for regular every two weeks and if they would give me like advance notice then I would like to you know go out and they can spray inside because I have a toddler and I just can't go out right away kind of thing you know and I have to plan where I take my kids for three hours. They are not the worse, they are not the best. They do a decent job. They just need to advance some of the thing they do but other than that when they do it they do okay. I would not use them in the future.

The service person was prompt and also came back when the first treatment didn't do the job. I did have to pay the taxes in addition to what I paid on Angie's List, which I wasn't aware of until after the purchase.

It was okay. They fixed the problem. It was just that I thought they would have to do a lot more work as far as going to the attic and removing a nest. It turned out that what they had to do was buy a spray can of pesticide and spray it on the outside of the roof. It was something that I could have done pretty easily myself.

Very well! First it was determined that I may not have a rat problem as the feces in attic and crawlspace were very old. The pest control professional set down traps just to be safe and closed all possible entrances and make several recommendations. We did catch just 1 rat, but after subsequent days no more. Also, the exterior of the house was sprayed for spiders.

The technician showed up on time and sprayed the house and garage. Very professional and quick.

They fit me into the schedule which was great. They were right on time, they were professional and I think we gonna continue to use them on regular basis.

It didn't solve the problem. I'm just not quiet what to say because I'm not quite sure if the problem was solvable or not. I might have not gone about it the right way. So I hesitate to say anything. They just didn't accomplish what I had them come out for. Basically, it just didn't work. I did put a restriction on them though, they couldn't fog or something like that because I had a baby in the house so they were limited by their choices because of the baby. I'd probably tell a friend to first get a couple of quotes from different people along with methods.

Great! They knew exactly what to do. Sprayed the affected areas and then came back the next day to make sure there was no more activity. Very impressed and happy with the service.

Kyle was very nice and considerate about our vegetable garden. Haven't seen as many of the little critters since he sprayed.

I originally called Stop Bugging Me last fall because we had a large spider problem at the house we just bought. The came monthly for a few months and have continued to provide quarterly maintenance for all pests since then. Their price is competitive and the tech who regularly comes to our house is experienced, conscientious, and punctual. We have had very few problems at all since they started coming.

Anthony came out and was very thorough and eliminated the nest. Weird, though that they ask for a tax payment on top of the Coupon.

Awful service and customer follow through. They were late for both appointments and didn't call to notify their status. They have a 2 hour window and still arrive 25 minutes outside of it for the first one and almost an hour late for the second. They didnt do a good job at all. We ended up only having 1 session that lasted for about 30 minutes of actual work done by the tech. They added 20$ to the cost so we didnt get the discount on angie's list. We still had baby spiders on our porch after the tech left.

They came out twice and I did have a bit of a problem with mice. The service provider was very nice and professional. The cost was very reasonable.

They were excellent. They came out early and were efficient and professional.

Technician took a look at the issue, and also checked interior attic spaces and exterior eaves, etc. Very thorough, knowledgeable about type of wasps and activity. Had a calm demeanor and reassured me that wasps would be exterminated. Was attentive to my concern about our pets not being affected by the products. Even sprayed the corners of our large SUV where small nests had occurred earlier. Wore protective gear for both the house and himself, kept tools/product on protective covering, draped clothes in closet to protect when he went into the attic space. I would recommend Stop Bugging Me service to get rid of wasps.
