Description of Work: The plastic traps with peanut butter got rid of 3 rats over a 2-3 month period, but they did not find the 3 large rat holes in the yard that were burrowing into my house under the foundation. I finally called AAA Pest Control in Kent(who I have used before) who found the large holes in the yard and we stuffed rat killer into the holes. They also put large regular traps under the house and caught a HUGE rat. There has been no rat activity since. | | | | | | |a

Description of Work: We had rats. Ugh. They sealed up the entrances and placed traps in crawl space, attic, and garage and followed up 3 times.Recommended we trim trees and put in a sump pump in crawl space to remove water. We trimmed trees, and are looking at getting the sump pump. The sump pump installation was s a little pricey for us right now. The rat gnawed through one of the entrances again. Fixed again. Got 1 rat after 6 weeks. Hope we catch another one soon. We will keep monitoring entrances and traps ourselves. Disappointed was not more successful after a six weeks. They recommended maintenance. I think we will try it ourselves.

Description of Work: We had a rat problem. They did an exclusion and we set up a maintenance plan which consisted of bait stations at several points along the foundation which they check every couple of months. We heard rats under the house after the exclusion, but they went under the house every time they came for maintenance and have said there is no evidence of rats. We haven't heard any rats in the last few months of the maintenance plan.

Description of Work: I purchased the service as a Big Deal. I had to reschedule at the last minute due to Jury Duty that went longer than expected, and they were very understanding. Once we finally matched up schedules, the technician sprayed the area the wasps were entering our attic. I haven't seen activity since.

Description of Work: I made the appointment, but my husband decided to take care of the nest before they to come. They came out and checked out the area and found another nest in our neighbors house. Didn't take of it as they didn't have permission, but told us how to get rid of them so we could tell the neighbor. We would use them again.

Description of Work: Inspected crawl space, attic and perimeter of house. found rodent residue in crawl space..set traps, sprayed neutralizer and returned next week and follow up week to track progress. Description of Work: I got the Angie's List deal in which SBM did a rodent inspection, found and stopped up the entry point and set traps. Today was the first of two follow up visits to empty and reset traps. Jeff has been extremely helpful. He is professional, knowledgeable, patiently explains and answers my question and concerns. He has been rigorously conscientious keeping my indoor spaces clean with shoe covers. He even has gone the extra mile and made friends with my 3 big dogs! Very happy with my choice!
