Description of Work: Showed up on time. Set ant traps and sprayed outside. Ants are gone. Very professional. I think the best thing was their follow up service. The package we purchased included a follow up visit and their customer service group was diligent about contacting me to schedule the follow up.

Description of Work: Although they came up as a company that could deal with squirrels, when contacted they informed me they did not. They were not very flexible with their appointment times. They wanted to come at 8, I needed 8:30, no can do. Also, when I asked if they could help me find someone who could deal with squirrels, I was told to try Google.

Description of Work: I called out the service to deal with a rodent problem. The provider was very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and extremely thorough, He really took his time to find the entry points, seal up all of the areas, secure loose air vent screening, and remove any dead rodents. He also set traps and will return to check them out. I was very impressed with the level of service. Everything was explained to me and I learned quite a bit in the process. I will use them again and am really very pleased.
