Description of Work: I had several wasp nests sprayed and removed, including a large one at the peak of our 2-story house which was difficult to reach. Jeff was prompt and helpful, and was able to also provide some advice on bees we'd seen around an exterior window that turned out to be mason bees and not anything to worry about. I was very pleased with the service and the reasonable price.

Description of Work: Inspected and prayed the exterior of my house for ants. Darrel was very professional and helpful. He explained the results of his inspection, identified where he sprayed and provided cautionary advise.

Description of Work: basic spray around the whole house and a couple of other areas in the yard. information of a couple of top notch products. didn't spray inside house, not sure of type of spray being used, wife didn't want any spray material in house. showed tech crawl space, offered advice on what to do but didn't spray underneath the area in question in crawl space as he didn't provide that service.

A tech showed up at the scheduled time; but upon looking at the construction of our attic, determined that he would not be able to access the space to remove the vermin. He called the office and they decided to charge only a "consultation" fee, as no removal or inspection services were preformed.

Description of Work: They responded quickly to set up an appointment and gave me several day/time options. The technician arrived as scheduled and sprayed for spiders and set traps for mice in the attic. It's only been a few days, so yet to know if it has solved our problems.

Description of Work: Fantastic customer service from the initial call to all three times they have been out so far. I had a SEVERE ant problem (odorous house ants) and am ant free now. I signed up for the service and when they came for the second time I mentioned I found another kind of ant in my shed and they took care of that as well. I highly recommend using Strop Bugging Me.

Description of Work: The technician who came to the house was very friendly, but did not leave me with any paperwork, or a contract, and the main office had to sort things out later in the week, which took extra time for me and left me feeling less than confident. The bait boxes provided really did not address our problem, and I am canceling the service.

Description of Work: Hornets decided to nest on our front porch. I needed the nest moved ASAP to prevent someone getting stung. Stop Bugging Me was very accommodating with scheduling and Ryan came within 48 hours, had to use a ladder to "get to them" and then explained everything he had done. There was a two week guarantee but we haven't seen any hornets in this area since. I would definitely contact them again.

Description of Work: Looked for signs of ants - left trail of anti-ant liquid around exterior of building, and around baseboard area of interior. Dan was friendly, very informative with clear explanations of what he was doing, and what effect the process would have on the ants. Also what to look for in the future in case of re-occurrance of ant infestation. Suggested using their quarterly preventative treatments, but no pressure. Will happlily use this company again.
