Description of Work: They said there was no evidence trails of carpenter ants, I did see some dead ones after the service was done. The service was very good, and the person that came out was very good, I was happy with him.

Description of Work: The guy had two magic bottles, it took him merely 5 minutes to finish his job by injecting little chemical from one bottle and then little more from the other bottle, yellow jackets were gone forever the next day! |I hope I had those two bottles, but they are for professionals.

Description of Work: I ordered the $359 service package, but upon inspecting the house the StopBuggingMe service man informed me that my problem is Moisture Ants, and even if I had termites (which I do not) that in this part of WA we only have 1 termite species and it only lives in rotten wood (does not attack sound wood) Due to this, he said a spray package wouldn't be very effective (as if I wanted to exterminate the moisture ants it would need to be injected) So we agreed to do a $79 consultation instead.

Description of Work: Our key issue was to find out if we had rodents under the house and find out where they are coming in. There were signs of mice and traps were laid down. Nothing was caught, not services fault of course. My medium rating is due to the inability to help us find the source to prevent future issues. |Everyone was kind and accommodated our need to reschedule with a newborn.

Description of Work: When my wife was stung 5 times, and I was stung once, we knew we had a problem, so we turned to Angie's List and found Stop Bugging Me Pest Control. Because I had a question on my prior credit card, I called Angie's list. The rep answered my question and even put my order through by phone. As I sat by my computer waiting for the Order Details and Receipt, the phone rang and it was Shameka, a scheduler from the company who handled everything and said their rep would be out in two days. Mike or Michael (but not Mikey)arrived and said we had a problem with very aggressive yellow jackets in a ground nest. He explained the problem and solution, and then sprayed the entrance, and said if the problem was not resolved, he'd be back at no charge. Several days later, the yellow jacket population was reduced by 2/3, but still an aggressive problem. Mike came back, got stung (1st time in 3 years), suited up in his space suit, and did battle with the yellow jackets. Today is 4 days following Mike's 2nd visit, and nothing is flying around.

Description of Work: They did fine, but I have a beef. They called and asked for my credit card number, to cover the sales tax. I VERY RELUCTANTLY gave it and wish I hadn't. One should never, never give a credit card number to someone who calls you. Now I'm nervous about that card account.
