Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

I thought it was good work and he was very nice to work with.

Bought coupon through Angie's List but had to pay additional $21 tax directly to provider seemed odd. Makes it feel like there isn't really a deal but service, punctuality etc. were great.

Great work was completed as expected.

That worked out well. That was fine. All of the ants were gone in about a week. It was a slow, but successful eradication. He told me it would work out and it did.

Great service. The guy explained exactly what he was doing and the reasons for it. He gave a full explanation about any follow-up and additional services. Ended up not needing any additional services at this point but the pricing was fair and the service was great.

Tech had to come back a second time but it was included in original price.

It took a couple visits to address the initial problem. I got some good advice on how to prevent it from happening again. I am happy with the quarterly visits which maintain the bait traps.

I hired Stop Bugging Me to come help me when a critter got into my attic. They purported to be able to solve my problem... take care of critters and plug up to two entry holes into my house. They were courteous on the phone, showed up on time, and acted professionally. However, the tech did absolutely nothing. He didn't go into the attic, he didn't remove my critters, he didn't plug any entry holes (of which there were several)... and when directly asked before he left, he wouldn't tell me what his visit would cost me. They never called me to confirm the price and instead simply billed my credit card for the full amount a few days later. To elaborate, the guy stated that I had a squirrel in my attic and that he wasn't allowed to deal with wildlife. Now I understand that regulation stops him from doing anything because his business lacks the appropriate permits. My issue is that he was hired to perform a service... which he was unable to perform... and yet, he billed me for this in full regardless. Fooled me once. I won't be fooled by them twice. I suggest you learn from my mistake. There are several providers in the Seattle area that can assist regardless of whether they find a squirrel instead of a rat as the culprit. Do your homework.

Went okay. The guy showed up little late but fine. A not-good part was that the guy left without any notice/note before my wife arrived based on the estimated time he gave to her. I had to call the company to understand how it went and if there was any recommendation - but that was very brief and felt like they were not willing to spend time for us as we didn't have any issues. This could have been better but not that critical to me. I would hire them again.

Easy to set up time, gave a 2 hour window for arrival and name of the person who would come. I personally really appreciate knowing ahead of time who should be knocking on my door. They called offering to come early which worked great. Tim explained everything from ant patterns/behaviors, things I can do to not attract more ants, laying bait, what treatments most effective, and more in detail yet in a way that I understood (I have had zero previous experiences with ants inside). He also told me what to be aware of with my dogs & the treatments/bait. He was very professional and I was comfortable enough to leave while he treated the inside of my house. I was given bait traps for any live ones I see while the treatment takes effect...of course no live ants were around while he was here but he easily identified problem areas. I'll absolutely continue to use them for any pest control needs.

They did the work, I will hire again but next time I will ask for a report with pictures as my tenant had to deal with them and there was a lot of confusion. Just make sure you get pictures of evidence of rodents, gaps letting them in --I will say we have not had problems since the service

Great, Paul was excellent; He notified me early this morning that he was running late which was very considerate of him and was fine with my schedule; when he showed up we did a walk around and he was very easy to talk with and obviously very good at what he does; He gave me some advice and instructions on how to help prevent the rats and/or mice in the future and then set the traps; He explained and showed me which spiders we had and the pluses and minuses to killing them; Very honest and straight forward; I was worried about hiring from a large company but he has put my fears to rest and I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Work went went well. Very professional.

The specialist was friendly and on time. He pointed out several things to watch out for (cutting trees away from rood, spraying for wood ants around the outside of the house) and sealed a place in the roof where rodents could get through. He also set traps in the attic which he came back to check a week later. Luckily, no rats! They deserve an A rating in most parts but did rate B for a couple items because the woman that took my call said they would also clean up the rat poop as part of the coupon that I purchased. After that call, I purchased the coupon but the specialist that came to my house said the coupon did NOT cover cleaning up the poop which was one of the only reasons I purchased the coupon. I did feel I shouldn't have wasted the money but at least I know what to look out for in the future.

Pest control service is supposed to include attic spraying which the person sent onsite has refused to do. Was also argumentative about spraying small storage space underneath house even though it was emptied out and there were obvious signs of insects. Price charged for actual services being performed does not seem appropriate. I can spray insecticide around the outside of my house for much cheaper than they are charging me. Waiting for the 1 year contract to expire so I can be free of them.

The thing I didn't like about the service was that they said no one was home and they could not get into the house the first time when clearly someone was home. Also the written reports were very limited. I would have liked a full report with pictures of the openings so I know going forward. It was very casual- not really a formal enough job. They have a ton of room for improvement. I would like to hire them again and recommend that the reporting is much better.

House was inspected thoroughly for rodent entry. Potential mouse entry sites were sealed. Screen mesh placed over one possible roof vent entry site. Bait was then placed within traps at likely mouse entry points. Follow-up visit at two weeks assured house was looking free of mouse activity. Very satisfied with this service.

Spiders complete control for about 2 months; but they are resilient and are gradually coming back. Rats: I'm very happy I have not heard any in my crawl space or attic for 3 1/2 months. None of the visible bate has been taken, and I still hear them in the bushes behind my garage; however I did find a dead one in my storage area.

I was a little leery of this outfit, given the somewhat cheezy nature of their online ads, but they've been the epitome of professionalism and the price is reasonable. Willing to explore crawl space carefully, able to block off access points, very courteous and punctual. Now on a bi-monthly maintenance schedule.

They showed up on time (very early in the morning, as requested) and sprayed for spiders outside my house. I haven't seen any since, though they're still hanging around the neighborhood, so the treatment worked.

We have Stop Bugging Me stop by regularly to spray and we have not had any large insects in the house as a result--very happy with their services.

I think it's overpriced for the service. The guy who came over did a good job, but price wise, it too expensive. He eliminated a lot of spiders. It was fine.

They were fine. It worked. They came shortly after the purchase. It was very quickly. What I did find the next day was there were tons of ants. We had to call them back. I called them and I said about the ants. They said, "Oh yeah. That's normal. Don't put any over-the-counter products out because it will negate what we've done." It would be nice to know if they left instructions on that. She explained why it was happening. It was all good. Their communication could have been a little bit better.
