Description of Work: Had them spray for an ant problem. The problem was reduced, but not eliminated. There was also a misunderstanding about the coupon (they didn't note in their records I was using it even though they contacted me through Angie's List regarding the coupon) and I got a sharp e-mail and phone call about the payment. A friendlier contact would have been more professional and was not appreciated seeing as it was their mistake.

Description of Work: Tech put traps up in the attic and in the crawl. Plugged up areas that allowed entry - however 2 months later we found insulation damaged in the crawl and had another company come and do a complete crawl cleanout with new insulation and vapor barrier. We just did not know at the time we had the traps that there was this much damage in the crawl area. Stop Bugging Me did the job they were hired to do, we would have appreciated knowing the extent of the problem & damage.

Description of Work: Dan arrived promptly and was very professional. He did not detect any rodents in the home, but did spot tiny tracks climbing into the garage on the top of a door. He fixed wire mesh on the top to prevent them from entering and filled a hole with foam. He examined the exterior of the house as well. No rodents were found in the traps that were set in the crawl spaces of the home. He left two bait stations outside. One was almost completely empty when he returned on his follow up appointment. I appreciated his work!

Description of Work: Evaluated crawlspace and attic for rodent activity. Identified main point of entry, which was sealed that day by another contractor. Sealed additional possible points of entry with expanding foam. Set traps in both locations, then returned about 10 days later to evaluate activity, of which there had been none. Recommended additional crawlspace entry door but did not oversell additional services, simply advised that I contact them again if I noticed any additional activity. Overall a good experience and I felt a good value.

He was also very specific as to why we should have that done and that out attic dogs NOT need the same treatment. |Would use again. "

Description of Work: They were on time and one treatment was sufficient to get rid of the wasp problem.

Description of Work: They did exactly what the ad said they'd do as well as offered up some suggestions to help maintain my rodent issue.

Description of Work: The representative came over, analyzed our pest (rats in the attic) situation and gave us a plan, including one return visit the following week and then visits every three months or so. He set traps in the attic and deterrent boxes around the house and pinpointed where the rats might be getting in. He was thorough, prompt and very informative, and will be our representative each time they return. I was very pleased with the service!
