Description of Work: Sprayed insecticide on two large wasp nests; the wasps were killed or driven away in a week or so. I removed the nests with the help of crows tearing apart the nests to feed on the dead wasps. There was no need to call provider back to remove the nests. I took advantage of a $99 special offer and got great service.

Description of Work: Had holes were squirrels got into attic. check attic, closed hole and set traps for a week. . squirrels are gone.

Description of Work: I called Stop Bugging Me because I had an ant problem, I was lead to believe they would spray to kill them. But after paying the guys that came out, my roommate was asking him what they used and he (after many questions and commits) he told us that is was a spray to just make the ants leave the area. It smelled like vinegar water to both my roommate and myself. And of course we still had the ant problem BIG time.. DON'T USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO GET RID OF YOUR PESTS.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal around August 21, 2015. I had heard noises in the guest bedroom closet and thought it might be rodents. I sent the email to Stop Bugging Me and indicated what dates they could come out. I received a response by email asking for my phone numbers. I never heard from them. |In December of 2015, I called Stop Bugging Me and made an appointment for an inspection. The inspector came on time and walked through the attic, basement, and crawl space. He placed traps and filled in a hole in the basement with foam and wire. A week later he returned on time and removed all of the traps. There were no rodents and the hole that he had filled did not show signs of any attempts to come into the basement. |My only concern is that the Big Deal said nothing about an additional fee for sales tax. I was surprised when I was told it had to be paid when I made the first appointment. When I called Angie's list to question why there was nothing about an additional charge for sales tax, the Angie's rep told me that it was a fee that the vendor could charge. When I asked why it didn't mention in the Fine Print that sales tax may or may not be charged, she continued to repeat that the vendor could charge it if they wanted to. When I asked again she interrupted me over and over again repeating that the vendor could charge it if they wanted to. When I got angry, she said she was going to hang up on me. That is when I asked to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor agreed that it should have been made clear that the Big Deal did not include sales tax and that she would do something about alerting people to that fact.

Description of Work: Trace entry of rats, seal house, set traps, set poison bat traps and revisit. |Started service in Oct 2015, last visit on Dec 10, 2014 still produced 1 rat catch. |So far my house feels 95% rat free...very happy with that! ... but I'm still concerned because the last visit produced 1rat. I'm waiting on results from next visit of 'Stop Bugging Me' in Jan. 2016. I do hope my house is 'clean' this time. | | Thank you for helping me through this. Rats are so disgusting.
