Description of Work: Inspected crawl space for rats, sealed one entry point they found, set traps in crawlspace and bait boxes outside. Checked back for successful rat cleanup the next week. I opted for a monthly check and the next visit they gathered up a couple more rats. Hopefully this will be all we find. They were prompt and very informative.

Description of Work: We bought this service because it is the highest rated pest control service with reasonable price. However, we are really disappointed. The first time they came to the place, we were surprised to see that the lack of attention to detail from the service provider. We need to push and ask on filling the holes that rodent could run into the house. We also need to push to set up more traps. Two weeks later, nothing was caught. We called back and they agreed to come to provide a check up. Nothing was found and they keep asked us to sign up for the maintenance service. I asked them that if they cannot catch any rodent in the house now, how will the maintenance service help?! The answer is just to sign up for the service... We ended up bought some bigger traps on amazon, and also a sound wave rodent repeller. We caught a big one two weeks later and no more rodent issue. I am disappointed at the service from the provider, especially the level of knowledge they provided.

Description of Work: Rodent issue in the house. Easily contacted & arranged for appointment within 3-5 days (they were accommodating & scheduled a Saturday visit). They inspected and set up multiple traps & bait stations. Continuing on a periodic visits to continue to avoid our rodent problem.

Description of Work: When making the appointment, I was told they would get up on a ladder to look at access points of rodents (squirrels) and then close up any of those areas that might need it. However, they didn't. The first guy was scared of heights and refused to get on any ladder. I was disappointed in this company because I didn't get the service I was told I'd get or what I paid for. I feel like I need to call someone else to come out and finish the job.
