Stop Bugging Me did a great job, set up bait traps and spray for spiders and other insects. No more rats and I feel better having their regular quarterly service.

The exterior of our house was sprayed for spiders. Multiple nests were pointed out. The wiping down of nests of the exterior (prior to spraying) was minimal/incomplete. Treatment has been effective thus far, one month out.

Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and expectations.

I specifically asked if they check the crawl space and attic and I was told yes. They did not enter the crawlspace. Other than that very prompt on communication, very nice and pleasant to deal with. Would use them again, but would be much more specific with my request and requirements.

Their employee let me know when he was on his way to the house early, and patiently waited 10 minutes for me to arrive. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Thanks.

The first hour we were convinced the treatment did not worked. Boy were we wrong. We looked outside a little later and there was no movement. We haven't had bee problems since.

Stop Bugging Me sent their technician who took care of the inside, and then went outside and sprayed around suspected areas of entrance. It all worked!

Purchased the bid deal for $99 exterior pest control. We've used Stop Bugging me a couple times now for pest control (primarily of spiders) and they always do a good job. Since the job was exterior only, I didn't even need to be home, which was great since taking time off work is difficult to do. Technician came and performed the work as promised and spider count is definitely reduced in the house.

They were great. They came out like the next day. That was it. They actually came out and sprayed again of no charge. They guy was nice, he was throughout, he talked me through it. He was great, just great. They sprayed it really good. They were here awhile it was in the crack of my roof. They sprayed and a few days later there were still some bees. He said they may go away it just takes a while but I will come back out. They were getting into the house somehow. So it was great. It was amazing, they did well the first time they just needed 2 zaps. I had been trying to get rid of it for awhile so it was nice. Everything was great they took care of it and it was a mess. They did well. I would use them in the future.

Great job with spraying for spiders. Paul was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. I'd hire them again, and the price seems to be comparable with other companies.

Entrance point was found and sealed, traps set and checked two weeks later, no problems since.

Technician applied odorless bait in the "cracks", which was great because we didn't need to move our cats out. He was very thorough and helpful, explained what he was doing and why.

They were great, showed up on time and got rid of the ants in two visits. For a while, the ant invasion worsened when the traps were laid down but they have recently cleared for the most part.

Travis, the field technician was professional - knowledgable in pest control, responsive in communications, and considerable in service operation. He even made an additional effort on taking care of some ad hoc pest issues he noticed and took time addressing my questions and concerns. I am so glad that this third-time-charm finally got me find an excellent pest control technician. In addition, the company's schedulers and receptions were all very responsive and considerate. The only but quite understandable issue was that I had to reschedule to next day due that they couldn't make it for heavy traffic. Overall, I'm planning having next few services with them again.

Stop Bugging Me was great with communication and service. They were able to reschedule when I needed to. The technician showed up right on time, and worked around the other teams that were working at the house (busy day for new homeowners). The technician walked me through the points where pests may be getting into the house, as well as pointing out some vegetation around the house that attracts insects and setting traps. Overall for a new homeowner it was educational and reasonable.

We called Stop Bugging Me and they quoted a price of $230.99 for initial rat service, which included inspection, traps and bait stations. Technician showed up within scheduled window, calling first to let us know exactly when he'd be there. He was professional and pleasant. He quickly found an ingress spot we had failed to see, and best of all, charged us only $70 for the inspection instead of the original quoted rate. We sealed off the spot right away and the tech didn't place any traps because it shouldn't be necessary now. Many companies would go ahead and do the full service, even though they knew that it wasn't really necessary. That Stop Bugging Me didn't do this, that they did only the necessary and charged just for that, tells me that they're a company with integrity. I would happily hire them again.

Total rip-off. Bought a new house, and called Stop Bugging Me Pest Control to set up quarterly service. The company quoted me a fee for the service, based on a contract. When Darryl (The technician) came out for the service, I also mentioned several times about the quarterly service. I received the invoice, it was for much more than quoted. I called, and asked about it, and they claimed that since I didn't sign the contract, I was billed more. I asked how could I have made it more clear that I was signing up for quarterly service? Was told too bad, we've already charged your card, etc... Thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.

They have been here at least once, if not twice a year. They are tremendous. They have been on time, they’ve been professional. They’ve been careful because they had to walk in my attic, they haven’t put their foot through the ceiling. They have really been great. They have a time frame, they always show up within that time frame.

Stop Bugging Me Pest Control: 1 Ants: 0 They did a great job and took care of our problem. Additionally, we have kids and pets in the house an the tech was very cognizant of that and made pesticide choices with that in mind.

It was great, no problems. I have nothing to compare the price to. They were fine.

The service man was polite and on time. He was not familiar with this type of cluster fly. I'm not sure if that led to him choosing the wrong treatment, but we still have flies in the attic and I feel like our money was wasted in hiring this company. While they have decreased in number, they are still very present. When I called to have them come out and spray again to finish the job, I was told that was not covered in my original service and I would need to pay for another visit. For the amount of money paid, I would expect the job to be done to completion. If the flies stayed in the attic, I probably wouldn't even know that they are still there. But they work their way between the windows and screens so we cannot open the windows without letting them all inside the house. And I'm not talking about a fly or two. We counted 50 in one window. Gross!! I wish I never hired this company as we are no further along in solving the fly problem as we were $300 ago.
