The woman who runs the office is very pleasant, funny, competant and a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful in dealing with my insurance company. The technicians installed the glass in a very timely manner.

I couldn't ask for better service!! It looks as if there is no window there at all! I'll definitely come back and will highly recommend it to someone looking for this (and more) service.

I called and told them what I needed. They set up a time just a couple days out and did the work in less time than they estimated.

I was at a gas station filling my tank when the rear window of my 1997 Nissan Altima spontaneously shattered. It was raining and late in the day, I had work part of the next day and then it was the weekend so I figured it would be at least a week before I would have my car available again. I called several glass businesses from the phone book and the last was Speedy Glass. They had the part in stock, could come out the next day and install at my home, and it was less than half the cost, installed, of the only other price I got. The next day, the man was prompt, quick, professional and took all the old glass away even the glass we had cleaned up ourselves. I followed their recommendation to leave the car in the garage 24 hours to let the adhesive completely set up and I had my car available 48 hours after the window broke. I am extremely pleased with the work and the promptness of their service.

I first attempted to contact Speedy through their website; I received an email from a customer service rep, who asked a follow-up question about my rear-view mirror type. I responded, though did not hear back from them. After three days, I called the Speedy location to confirm my appointment; while I was not on their books, they were able to fit me in later that same day. I brought my truck in to their shop, was greeted in a friendly and familiar manner, and waited while they replaced my windshield. The work took less than the expected two hours. The final work was clean and well-done.

The glass panes are in and we are happy with the end result. I reported the damaged gutter to Teresa at the office of Speedy Glass and she immediately hired a handyman service to replace the gutter. Teresa made a good call in choosing a handyman service that installed a new gutter to our satisfaction. Speedy Glass picked up the bill for the handyman's services. We are happy with the end result, and because Speedy stood behind their work, I would hire them again.

Emailed the company for an estimate/appointment. Received estimate and I scheduled the appointment for the first day I was available. I chose this location because of 25 minute walking distance to work. I dropped off the car in the morning and said I would pick it up after work. I confirmed both via email and with the representative at the front desk that their closing time was 5:30 pm. I left work about 4:40 pm to go pick up the car. On the way, I picked up a voice mail from the manager he left at 4:43 pm if I was coming to pick up the car and that they close at 5:00 pm. I was still nearly 20 minutes away and this gave me less than 15 minutes to get there. I called and he said he would wait for me. I ran the last two blocks to make it just past 5:00 pm. The manager explained that if he doesn't say the 5:00 pm closing time, some customers take advantage and don't pick up until 6:00 pm. When I said I ran the last two blocks, he offered to give me a discount, which I declined. I didn't say anything, as I was a bit angry and didn't want to say anything I would regret, but I didn't care about a discount (I do appreciate the offer), I would have instead liked the manager to apologize for what I consider a poor customer service tactic. Anyway, the windshield installation was great and the car vacuumed. I was very pleased with all aspects, except for the pick up. I would have rated this company an A for everything otherwise.

After my car was broken into. I called Speedy Glass on a Tuesday morning they arranged a mobile install at my office. They came on time, had the work done in under an hour and did a thorough job of vacuuming and cleaning the inside of the car. They had my glass in-stock and the price was as quoted. What more can you ask for.

The installer arrived on time, did a good job, left a clean workplace, and left. Every time I talked on the phone with the scheduling department, they were courteous and friendly. Everything looks great and it comes with a 90 day warranty against defects.

It went great. I called on Monday around 2pm and they had a slot at noon on Tuesday. I arrived around 11:45. They immediately brought my car in back and started work on it. It was done by 12:30! They were very professional and even gave me free glass cleaner since my car was broken into.

Excellent. Our car was broken into early in the morning on Martin Luther King Day while parked in front of the house. We called Speedy in the morning and they arrived around 11:30 (well before promised) did a professional job and took extra care to vacuum the car well (and street) as well as carefully check the windows operation. Our battery had run down when the car trunk was left open so Speedy jumped it for us. I'd use them again anytime! P.S. They were even cheaper than the first place we called from the list who could not do a mobile install that day, so we saved some $ as well as a drive with an open window.

I initially had only called on my automobile. However, my husband's automobile was also available that day. Because his needed a replacement, they had to come back, but returned promptly the next day with the necessary replacement. Very efficient and professional.

It went great. We're very satisfied with the job they did.

The company was very responsive and communicated promptly. And although they had to reschedule for the next day's afternoon versus morning to ensure they had the right parts in stock, they were very prompt about it. They schedule to arrive between 1-4, arrived at 200 and completed the job in an hour.

After a couple of false starts, I was able to schedule the replacement. They were very quick, and the work was done well. The price was the best I could find.

I called them yesterday morning to have them come out and replace the broken window on-site. They called back and said since it was a Jaguar, they would have to bring it into the shop. They came out, picked up the car, fixed the window and had the car back at my house by the end of the day! No charge for the pickup and delivery.

WE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH SPEEDY GLASS. IT WAS EASY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY WERE QUICK WITH THE WORK. THE CHIP WAS FILLED AND WE HAVE NOT HAD PROBLEMS SINCE.
