Speedy Glass

They were good. They came out to the house and did it. It worked out well. They did a good job.

From the first phone call to the final good bye Speedy Auto Glass delivered. I arrived a half-hour early and they were able to take me in early. They finished on time and at the price quoted.

It was quick and well done.

They went ahead and replaced a small basement window through the security bars when nobody could be there to let them in. They came back later when someone was home to let them in in order to finish sealing the glass from the inside. It all worked out because of my busy schedule. It turned out pretty good. The price was right for what they did.

After obtaining quotes from other auto glass companies and having questionable experiences, Speedy Glass of Bothell performed their duties with distinction. I had some difficult experiences prior to selecting Speedy Glass and I was pleasantly surprised when I ultimately decided to obtain their services. Their communication was professional and proactive, they were confident in their abilities, and their execution matched their promises. They gave me a quote quickly and their pricing was better than the competition. Not only was my windshield replaced far under the cost of other auto glass service providers but Speedy Glass did the job without hassle and with precision. I was happy to get my windshield replaced, and even more pleased of the service that Speedy Glass provided me.

I brought my car in, waited about 20 minutes, and it was completed. It was done quickly, and while the process isn't supposed to make the chip invisible I can barely see where it was.

Everything proceeded as expected: They were ready for my car when they said they would be. They drove it into their garage. I could watch what they were doing through an open door between the front desk and the garage. Afterward, the tech came out returned my key and explained that the window was loose along the bottom and one side. They removed the window, cleaned the edges up on the car and the window and reglued the window onto the back of the car.

Lewis (Luis?) did great by me. He showed up on time, replaced the windshield, and then threw in a little extra autobody work to boot. I had a couple of trim pieces laying around that were ripped off my car by a poorly located curb that jumped in front of my moving vehicle. I was in the process of arranging to have new trim ordered and installed by autobody guys, when Lewis (Speedy Auto Glass) volunteered to pull a couple of superfluous grommets from the trim on the other side of the car and re-install the missing trim. The pieces were a little scuffed and partially broken in places, but it runs under the doors, so scuffs and crack are not noticeable. He used a little window putty to hold the lose grommets in place. Works great, looks good, and saved me probably several hundred dollars. I hope his boss doesn't get annoyed that he spent time doing this. If it helps, I recommended Speedy to a friend whose windshield was also attacked by a rock in the same week.

My driver side window broke (ball from playground). Speedy fixed it very quickly. I waited probably about 20-30 minutes. Cleaned all the glass out. Very straightforward. I was surprised how easy it was.

Got service on the same day I called. Quick and easy.

They did a great job. They showed up when they said they were going to. The job was done, and they didn't leave a mess. It was well done. I didn't shop around a lot, but I would say it was a fair price. They were very professional.

I walked in, they did the work immediately, and I was out in about 30 minutes.

We had a small chip in our new minivan's windshield. After making an appointment by phone, I took the van to this shop. It took the tech 30 minutes or so. I couldn't see what he was doing because the shop is not visible from the waiting room. The tech was pleasant and professional. However, when the work was done, the chip didn't look much different than when I brought it in. I didn't think much about it and thought that at least the chip wouldn't spread. A couple of weeks later, I brought in the minivan to the Toyota dealer for an oil change. They had a man there (outside contractor, I think) who checks glass for chips and offers repairs. He noticed the repaired chip and said he tought he could do better. For $50, he did a great job. He much improved its appearance to where it's hardly noticable now. I wish I had brought it to him first. It makes me wonder what the guy at Speedy Glass really did.

There was confusion in the time they were to show up at my place of work (the person showed up 60 minutes early during a time I said I was not available - but came back later when scheduled). Once there, the service person was very nice and seemed capable. Nice conversation. The unfortunate outcome is that while the chip is filled and has not continued to crack - it is however very visible. I have had lots of chips filled in the past and never have I seen one this visible. The icing on the cake for me was that when the service person left he asked if I would pay the parking fee for his van on his way out. $5 not a huge issue, but I asked about this with the scheduling person and they told me this was included in the package.

Two other companies had given me a lower bid for me and both the bids price matched, but Speedy Glass gave me a higher bid. The two other companies seemed pretty sloppy and they could not give me a date. They actually have the windows built by someone else where Speedy Glass has their own window factory. Speedy Glass service was quick. They were able to put the glasses in very quickly. Speedy Glass actually provides a glass for lot of these independent contractors. They came with a crew of three. I thought it would take whole day to put those windows in. They finished the job in four and a half hours. They cleaned up after the work. They did a real nice job. They guys who came in worked really fast. As a matter of fact, we missed six more windows and they have started leaking, so I am actually going to call them again to have them put those other six windows. I would use their service in the future too

Called around quite a bit for estimats...Speedy was by far the best quote. The work was done on time and @ exactly the price quoted. Would use Speedy again.

After large rainstorm opened car to find carpets soaked on passenger side both front and back. Thought it might be the windshield so I went to Speedy Glass, having made an appointment. They were on time and friendly. The technician tested the windshield and did not find a leak. He inspected the sun-roof and determined that the drainage tubes were clear but that there was still a leak not accessible at his level of service i.e. remove the headliner and other interior finish. He did not charge me for the service and recommended another business that could help. I ended up go to the Chevy dealer service dept and it ended up being a disconnected drainage tube. Speedy Glass was accurate, while being honest as to their limitations. While there I had a rock chip repaired in the windshield. They contacted my insurance and it was repaired at no out of pocket cost to me.

Very responsive. They were able to take care of everything within a few hours of calling. I found them using Angie's List and am happy to recommend them to future users.

They came to my home, arrived on time, and replaced the windshield. They did a great job, and I can't tell the difference from my original factory windshield.

A rock thrown up by another vehicle cracked the windshield on my 2009 Subaru Forester. I stopped by Speedy Glass in Bothell to see if the windshield could be repaired or needed to be replaced. The staff was very professional and easy to deal with. The windshield needed to be replaced. I was given an estimate and scheduled to have the windshield replaced at my home. On the scheduled date the service person called at 8:00 am to let me know when he would arrive. He showed up on time and quickly and professionaly replaced the windshield. The final bill matched the estimate. I hope my windshield does not get cracked again, but if it does I will use Speedy Glass again.

The experience with Speedy was very easy. I completed a webform to schedule and appt and got a call soon thereafter from a customer service rep confirming time/date/price. They were going to come to my house to complete the job. The morning the job was scheduled, it was raining and windy, so they called to ask if they could come pick up my car to take to their location to do the job. They picked up the car and dropped it off completed within a few hours. Very professional and easy!

The company responded immediately to my phone call, with an appointment within 2 days. I was given a 4-hour window, and they missed the window by half an hour, which would have been a problem if I'd been unable to re-arrange my schedule. They did not call to say that they would be late--I had to call them for an updated ETA when they failed to appear. Once they arrived, the work was done quickly and effectively and the new windshield and its installation are perfect. I would use them again, but emphasize my expectation that they would call if they were going to be late.

They were able to fit me in to their schedule fairly quickly, and they were very good about explaining the estimate.
