Description of Work: The provider replaced my windshield after a rock chip spread into a crack. While the service and work was fine the wait time was twice as long and the hand off of the finished work was not communicated well...I wasn't sure how I was supposed to deal with tape left on the work and how long to wait to wash, service, etc. Not the best customer service.

Description of Work: We had recently moved into a home where the seal was broken on one of our stair way windows which caused spotting to occur. Speedy glass came out within a day of calling them and provided me an estimate---they also took the time and researched the serial numbers/window manufacturer as they felt the windows should be under warranty as we purchased the house as a short sale and former owners did not leave any information----in the end I was not able to track down the warranty information so I called Speedy glass back and they performed the work quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: I had a couple of rock chips in my windshield and went to Speedy Glass in Bothell to get them fixed. When they examined my windshield they advised me that the chips were only on the surface of the glass and, therefore, did not require repair. There was no charge for the evaluation. I appreciated their honesty and would certainly go back in the future.
