Viktoria @ Simply Clean was extremely helpful setting up the cleaning. We have had Simply Clean three times now and we will have them back. Worth the money.

I had another company scheduled to clean my condo, but at the last minute they had to cancel. I emailed Simply Clean and they were able to set up an appointment for a Sunday morning. I was really happy to get an appointment on the weekend and with such short notice. I met Patricia at my condo and we went in for a short discussion of what was needed. She brought her own supplies and equipment. She was personable and professional. I left her with a key and asked her to lock the door and slide it under the door when she left. I went back a few days later to see how it looked. And WOW! What an amazing job. I honestly can't believe how much she did -- and how thoroughly -- in only 4 hours. I actually expected that a 4-hour cleaning would not be enough, but I would make a plan for any areas that couldn't be addressed in that time. I went with my real estate agent who has a super keen eye for details and she said the place looked great. The job had a lot of a lot of special problems. For instance, I had a planter fall and dump a ton of dirt into the sill of the sliding glass door. You would never know it now. The stove looks brand-new although it is almost 11 years old (and I was never good with maintenance cleaning). While she was there (and I was not) the person who rents my parking spot put his cash payment under the door. Patricia placed it on the breakfast bar. She also found several small items and placed them on the breakfast bar in a neat pile. One item was a large amethyst stone in a solid gold setting that I hadn?t seen in years. I don?t think her honesty and care are uncommon in the industry, but are worth noting. I just emailed my contact at the company to tell him how impressed I was with Patricia and I could I send her an extra tip. He responded right away with her full name and let me know he would get the check to her and make sure she heard my feedback.

I've been using them for over 6 months and am very pleased overall. I've never had housecleaners before and I can't tell you how pleasant it is. Because I've had to change my schedule, I've had 3 different cleaners in and each has been a little different (2 changed bed sheets, one did not but did do an amazing job on shower curtain/liner). The service is very responsive if there is an issue. For unknown reasons, my cleaners early on left my front door unlocked on one occasion. The service acted swiftly and decisively. They apologized profusely, gave me a huge discount on my next cleaning, and immediately replaced those cleaners with new people (the careless cleaners were let go).

We simply could not be more pleased ! This particular arrangement was our 2nd time using Simply Clean. The first time went so well and we were so impressed, we rapidly set up another session. (We had let the house get TOO dirty) This team of two arrived punctually, and went straight to work. Unlike some 'cleaners', they fully delivered on the Deep Clean promise. It wasn't just a light cleaning...it was at every step, deep, thorough, complete clean. and shine, and polish. Very little in oversight was needed, and I repeat they are GOOD at cleaning. To my amazement, they even finished somewhat sooner than anticipated. After they left, I took time to walk around and check out some things. The more I looked, the more I was impressed. They had cleaned in places I hadn't seen them clean. There were little details that I noticed that surprised me. Boy ! THIS.PLACE.IS.CLEAN. Today is a day later, and I am still noticing new areas that just deepen my satisfaction with Simply Clean. If the price we paid seems high for two pros for a whole day of solid work. all I can say is it wasn't. They earned every cent of it. I got more than my money's worth. (Did I mention how clean it is around here?) Use this company. There will be no regrets, and you'll be quite pleased with the results.

The work went very well. In fact, we've signed up for monthly cleaning service. Sergei and Elizabeth were very pleasant, efficent and professional.

I really like the Green products they used. Our house smells really clean. I will have Simply Green back on a regular basis.

They were professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job, and the house looked amazing.

I bought a coupon for a move-out housecleaning and also booked one for the house I am moving into. The move-in was done first. I got a call from Simply Clean before the crew had even left the new house stating that I had not left enough money for payment (I had confused the two prices). I assured them I would mail a check for the balance ASAP. When I got there I saw that the carpets had been vacuumed. There was little other evidence that they had been there aside from the clean broiler pan in the oven. Spiderwebs still present in some corners, dust and cobwebs over the ceiling molding, the edge of the bathroom floors still dirty, dirt in the bathroom cabinets. The stove had wipe marks on it. I called and cancelled the move-out clean and told them why I was canceling. She offered to send the crew back for a redo, but I am done. Definitely not worth the price, and they did not even seem really concerned that I was dissatisfied.

The first team to come in was a husband and wife and they were Super! Our place has never been so thoroughly cleaned. The subsequent people were good but it was hard to match the level of the first two!

They arrived on time and ready to go. They were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning all of the areas that we had requested be cleaned.We loved the cleaning products they used- no strong offensive smells. My mother has allergies and she did not have a problem with the products they use- this was amazing. Everything sparkled when they were done. We plan to use them again on a quarterly basis for the deep cleaning that we can't seem to get to. Great job!!!!

Housecleaning staff arrived promptly and got right to work. Amazingly thorough, very happy with the results. Would recommend Simply Clean to anyone needing deep cleaning. I was also impressed with the cheerful attitude and obvious work ethic of the two workers. I have lots of "knick knacks" and I also appreciated how careful they were with my things. GREAT JOB...!!!

With less than 2 weeks warning, I called up Simply Clean to see if they could fit us in. I had realized we would need a cleaning service to get our 1bd condo unit spotless for putting on the market. I asked Simply Clean to generally sanitize and freshen up the unit after it had been through a bathroom remodel and painting. With all the contractors & work done in there, I just wanted a prospective buyer to walk in to the condo and know they could move right in. Jim even came and picked up/dropped off the keys to the unit (we don't live there) since I have 2 young children and have a strict schedule for drop offs & naps. I really appreciate their willingness to address specific cleaning concerns and the unit looked great in person and in the photographs. Great work!

On time, professional, competent, and nice people. It was so fun to walk through my clean house after they left.

My wife and I have hired a variety of cleaning service providers throughout the years, but consistently experienced a lack of attention to detail - and ended up have to do as much "re-cleaning" of the cleaning. Not so with Simply Green! When we walked through the door after work, we saw a house that was as clean as a four-star hotel! Floor to ceiling, every room, every shelf, every book, every counter, every door, floor, window covering, light fixture, base board. It was AMAZING. And ALL cleaned with green suppllies. We were so happy with what we thought was going to be a one-time service that we contacted them to begin bi-monthly cleaning. We couldn't be happier!

The housekeeper could not speak english. I spoke with the Owner/supervisor earlier in the week who requested a specific priority list that I wanted accomplished in 6 hours. My first priority was the cleaning of inside of my refrigerator and cabinets and said if she ran out of time to skip the floors and vacuuming. When I took ownership of the home, it was actually in better shape than I expected so the house could have been cleaned in4 hours but I did not have an opportunity to reduce the amount of time from 6 hours to 4. So I paid for the full 6 hours. Then when I got home, I was surprised to see the inside of the refrigerator had not been cleared nor the cabinets wiped out. I was irritated given the carpets were vacuumed. I attempted to talk to the housekeeper about the list and it was clear she did not speak english. so, I then had to have my friend clean the refrigerator as I was moving food in that night from my old home. Not happy.

..The "e-mail Provider" link on AngiesList asks you how you wish to be responded to, with bullets for email, phone, a different phone and we had marked "a different phone" and put in the number. The vendors did not receive this request, however, and responded by email. Angieslist has been notified that the link may not be working properly and are looking into it. Jim Allen at Simply Clean took time to check out problems with me.

I was looking for an affordable option with good reviews for my deep clean. I found one here that seemed promising and found a coupon as well. The coupon was up to 1500 sq ft, but my home is 1640. I was able to negotiate $20 off the next highest price of $400 up to 2500 sq ft, but wasn't sure how much of a deal I got. The scheduling was quick & easy and I was able to provide my detailed information & needs. They were able to accomodate my unique schedule and I was happy about that. The cleaners came & went without incident. When I went to the home I wasn't incredibly impressed with what I saw. It looked as though they dusted, wiped the counters, swept & vacuumed. I still have mold/mildew in the caulk around the windows, there are still cobwebs on the walls, scuffs on the floors, etc. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptional either. It looked to me just like a regular everyday cleaning. I could have done more in a day, but didn't want the hassle. I left my teeny tiny apartment a million times better when I moved out by using all of the tips I found on Pinterest! I have used cleaning services in the past and have been most impressed with the Maid Brigade that I used when I was living in Michigan. Anyway, the bottom line is that I think they are a good company for your everyday maintenance, but the deep (move in/move out) clean was nothing to write home about.

It went very well. The man who contacted us with the estimate was very professional and gave us confidence that he could provide the service we required. The three women who cleaned the house were hard workers, and kept moving. We liked the fact that the products they use are not damaging to people's health or the environment. The credit card was charged for the agreed upon amount, even though they spent a little more time than the estimate covered.

From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. I haven't used a cleaning service since we moved into our new home five years ago and thought I'd start the new year off with a top to bottom cleaning. After seeing Simply Clean's reviews on Angie's List, I decided to give them a try and am so glad I did. My house totally sparkles after the cleaning. Maya and Valentia arrived a few minutes before the appointed time. I showed them around, answered their questions about what, specifically, I was expecting, and they got right to work. They spent seven hours cleaning and my house looks (and smells) fantastic! I plan to get on a once a month program with these ladies! Thank you, Simply Clean!

We have been using Simply Clean to clean our house monthly for about the last year. Their team always does a great job. We have "our" team who is always responsible for our house and they know our pets and know what needs done here. They're quite thorough and after some feedback the first or second time they came to our house have been able to do the job well without any guidance on our part. They are not always right on time, but they always spend as much time as necessary here to do the job well and never charge us more than our usual flat rate. They're a busy company and that unfortunately means that if we need to try and reschedule an appointment a few days in either direction we often can't do so and that means sometimes we just have to skip the month's cleaning.

Our regular cleaner arrives promptly and gets to work. She varies some items from month to month. Dusting, floor cleaning and kitchen and bath cleaning are of course done every visit. She is thorough and quick. I notice that something I think could use extra attention is completed on the next visit with no input from me. I will keep this service as long as the work remains consistent. I would not want a different cleaner, ours meets our needs very well.

Finding a good house cleaner is not an easy task. These folks came highly recommended. The initial cleaning was great and the work performed by the subsequent cleaners was very good as well. Unfortunately, they kept switching out cleaners which is what I was told would not happen. The communication with the main office was not good. We were told late that there would be a substitution or if they were not going to show at all. The company was just very inconsistant and we never knew who would show up and when the people have keys to your house this is a big deal. The level of cleaning that was done was good but the company sending out the cleaners needs to tighten up their process. I can not recommend this company.

My house is currently cleaned twice per month by Simply Clean. I have to be honest and say that not all of the house cleaners employed by Simply Clean are equally good at what they do. It did take a few rotations to find someone to do a thorough and thoughtful job, and I had considered going elsewhere because of this. However, I learned that if you voice your concerns to the coordinator and give specific examples and instructions, you should see improvements. In fact, the customer service with Simply Clean is top notch and is why I give them an overall rating of an A. If green cleaning products is a priority for you, I would ask them to verify that your assigned cleaner is indeed using products they advertise on the website. I believe that Simply Clean strives to use environmentally safe products, but I have seen a few interesting brands slip by. You can share your concerns with the coordinator and you'll be heard.

They were good. I had locked and they couldn’t find my place soon.

I requested an estimate online and quickly received a follow up email with a list of additional questions about how clean my house is, what materials are used in my house, etc. I responded truthfully and received an email estimate without seeing my actual house for $135 a week after a <wait for it> $340 initial deep clean. Both prices seemed high to me, especially the deep clean. I explained that I had a much larger house (2x as large) with 2 residents cleaned in Minnesota for less, and while there's definitely a cost of living difference, I didn't feel it should be quite that high. With regards to the deep clean, I had already stated that my house was fairly clean. I understand, however, that some people may lie about that fact, so I followed up to ask if the deep clean was required, explaining that my house was fairly new and did not, in my opinion, warrant such a deep clean. I also asked if it was possible to have someone visit the house to provide a more accurate quote. Jim Allen responded what what I felt was a condescending fashion - telling me pretty obvious things such as the fact that construction creates dust, that air ducts can collect previous owners' pet dander, etc. He did not address my request for an onsite quote, though he did take the time to recommend 3 air duct cleaning companies. The very next day I received another email from Jim asking if I had received my quote and if I had any questions. It was quite clear he had no clue that we'd already been chatting. I explained that we had already been chatting, and that that I was well aware of the facts in his previous email - that I'd already cleaned the dust created by the construction and that I'd already had the air ducts cleaned professionally. I explained that I was getting onsite quotes from some other companies, that I expected their prices to be lower, and that I would contact him again if I was mistaken. I was correct. The quotes from other companies with similarly high reviews on Angie's list were much lower - as low as $150 for the deep clean because of the state of my house.
