Description of Work: Replaced broken glass in quarter panel of my Saab. Looks like new and they were easy to work with. They were willing to let me pick up my car after hours if needed. Only hiccup: the technician forgot to replace some knobs he had to remove to get access to the glass, but I noticed right away. The knobs then quickly found and replaced.

Description of Work: I had Quality Auto Glass replace my back window because the defroster had stopped working. Because it was getting cold at night, I wanted to do this as quickly as possible. When I called, I was asked if I could come in at 4pm (on a Friday). I was so surprised that I said yes before I thought through the weekend traffic. However, I made it on time and they finished in less than an hour! Great job, it's working wonderfully! Thank you

Description of Work: Replaced rain sensor windshield on a Mazda CX-5. Finished by promised time, no ensuing problems. Atmosphere was friendly, took a long time to find the windshield that had been delivered to their small shop, leading to unnecessary concern about the need for a second visit, so I knocked down my "Professionalism" rating a notch. But I definitely recommend them.

+ -1 moreIt took 2 trips to find all the leaks, but the main leak guy, Mark, was both knowledgeable and persistent. The first time I was in he had to leave and someone else put the van back together. They did not do a good job. The van was still leaking so I took it back. Mark found and fixed the rest of the problem and made sure the van was put back together properly. He checked with me several times throughout the job. I was well informed of what he was doing. For the amount of work he did, I thought their prices were very reasonable. Along with fixing the leaks, I also had them replace a cracked windshield.
Description of Work: Found and fixed leaks in the rear hatch of my 94 Ford Aerostar mini-van. The seal around the rear window was leaking. They removed the window, cleaned all the surfaces and replaced the gasket. They also found leaks and replaced seals around the high brakelight and windshield cleaner sprayer (both above the window). I picked up the car but found it was still leaking. On the second trip in, they did further testing and found that there was a broken weld in the car frame near the door and the door gasket was leaking. They sealed the break in the frame and replaced the door gasket.
