They came out on short notice, as I needed sprinkler repair right before a very hot weekend. The representative was knowledgeable and friendly. I ultimately hired Nick's to handle my landscape maintenance as well.

Jose came in and made some adjustments to our sprinkler system. He also made some suggestions as to how to handle my dogs digging around the sprinkler system box. Very efficient, quick and friendly. I would hire them again when I need work done in my yard.

Took a second phone call to set up appointment, but then came the very same day. Returned the next morning to complete the more extensive repair that was needed.

I hired Nick last year to winterize my sprinkler system -- He did a good job winterizing the system, however, he unplugged my sprinkler system and said he would come back in the spring to reactivate the system. I have called him at least 4 times and have yet been able to set up a time and date to do the job. I am frustrated as this is something I can not do myself. If Nick is going to put someone in this position he should try to make an attempt to do the job of fixing his work. Nick is knowledgeable and can do a good job for you IF he is willing to respond. Scores are low because he has not responded not because of his work
