Everything went very smoothly. The cost included the installation deal we purchased and the toilet and toilet seat. Erica was very helpful as we needed a comfort height toilet. This is the second time we've used McLendon Home Services and had already decided we would be customers for life. Every contact we've had with them, from customer service over the phone and appointment planning to the actual work in the house has been handled by them in a professional, friendly, extremely helpful manner. This time we were pleased to see they had an advertised special for exactly what we needed. They were contacted both via our special offer purchase here on AL and in an email I sent directly to them containing pictures of the current faucet and sink set-up so they would have an idea what sort of replacement parts to send out on the truck on day of service. Their installation professional arrived punctually and was very thorough in all he did, having to labor over one of the under the sink valves for some time. He showed all the work to me, explaining what he'd done, and the area was left clean and organized. The folks at McLendon Home Services are truly customer service-oriented professionals who provide a high level of excellence in every aspect of their business as we have experienced it. While I hope not to have to use their services again any time soon, it is quite heartening to know they'll be there when we need them. We highly recommend them without hesitation!

Installation went as planned, no problems.

Jesse called ahead of the appointment and let us know exactly when he would be at the house. He was punctual and greeted me very friendly and professionally. He took off his shoes without prompting when he entered the house which I really appreciated. It's always awkward to have to ask. I showed Jesse the faucet and I was concerned that he might say that the Motionsense faucets were difficult to install and would take extra time (because that's what another company told me). No problem he said and went to work. He installed everything perfectly, and when done showed me how everything worked. It went quickly and Jesse cleaned everything up when he was done. He also brought in a cover for the extra hole where the old handle was and didn't charge us for that. We asked him about a leak in the guest bathroom from a shower a handyman had installed recently. He tightened it for us without charging us extra. I got a great deal and a very good job. I'm a fan of McLendon and Jesse in particular and will have them do any future plumbing work. Hopefully Jesse will stick around so we can ask for him.

The installer - Bruce - was punctual, polite, and extremely competent. He phoned me about 1/2 hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was careful to put down a cloth before he removed the old disposal and cleaned up the floor of the kitchen cabinet when he was finished. We checked out the new disposal with a lemon and it works great. I am delighted to have a working disposal again. I will recommend McClendon to all my friends.

Their scheduling worked great for me. The technician was nice to work with and worked to make everything work right. They were constantly keeping me informed.

Mclendons Home Services saved the day, Taylor (Tyler) really listened and put me in contact with Cindei at the Puyallup store on Canyon rd. I had a terrible experience with Fast water Heater Co thru Home Depot earlier in the day. They have a superb network of contractors, plumbers and handymen. It was really great they had someone come out the same day I called, very fortunate, They did the work for the quoted price. They sent Mainline Plumbing to do the install and Jim was great, ethical and trustworthy. I am very grateful for the Mclendons team . Thank you.

Scheduling was a breeze-- and provider was on time and very professional.

Installation went very well. Like most installs there is always an extra charge for something. In this case the expansion tank. In retrospect I wished I had done a little more research. The tank that was installed was not a very efficient one. The label on the side said that it was $7 per year less efficient than similar models. I didn't notice that until after the installer was done. Too late to change it now. I would have paid more for a more efficient water heater.

They post the price correctly but by the end they had several add up service and items. I will explore other options in the market.

Arrived on time. Went to work and in no time I had a new disposal unit working with no leaks. Good job!

I called them on a Saturday, they responded on a Sunday. They were able to have their installer come on Tuesday morning. I was very happy with the efforts made by Cindy the dispatcher to have the work done quickly. The installer arrived early Tuesday and did an outstanding job. He was very professional, efficient, and effective. I would use them again in the future for jobs around the house if this was an example of how they get things done and would recommend them to friends.

The service went fine. The heater is here and it works really well. I thought their price was very good.

McClendon's contact person, Cyndei, emailed and then called me almost immediately. She was extremely helpful, making all the arrangements and working us in within only a couple days. Both Cyndei and Jesse were professional and thorough in their answers to our questions. The information Cyndei provided ahead of time made it so there were no surprises this morning during or after the install. Jesse arrived on time and ready to go straight to work. The area was left clean and his description of the work he'd accomplished was clear. We felt their prices were quite reasonable. We highly recommend McLendon Home Services!

Timely, efficient, user-friendly

It went well. Jesse, the plumber came on time and replace the kitchen disposer in a timely manner. He also tighten the pipe in my bathroom that is leaking a little bit. Good Job!

McLendon's was prompt to answer my call and come out and deliver a water heater and took away the old one. They were helpful and answered my questions as to it the old one had failed. I think their service is exceptional and would call on them again.

Services were great. I would highly recommend using these folks in the future.
