I like McLendon's. Feels like I'm dealing with an honest company and this is tough to find in Seattle. Their prices are the best, and the installer (Mike) did a great job putting in our new direct vent water heater. He answered all my questions -- and I had a lot of them.

Prompt and friendly. Came on Saturday. However I have hours that he offer included a disposal. I should have read it more closely.

The installer did a great job. Called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled, no problem was delighted to get the job done on my part. However, he showed up a half an hour earlier than rearranged. Was awkward but again glad to get the job done. McClendon's was a delight to work with. This is twice I have used them and I will again.

Bruce was punctual and courteous and thoroughly explained everything. The service was performed very quickly and with very high quality. The price for the install was very competitive. I trust this provider and would definitely call them again.

I contacted Taylor for an estimate. Taylor gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone and sent his HVAC estimator over since I wanted a few non standard things done. I wanted a 2 stage Ameristar (generic Trane/American Standard) 2 stage 95% efficient furnace to replace one of our old furnaces. Price came in pleasantly below what I expected. The install crew did a great job always keeping us fully updated from scheduling, install and permit inspection. The quality of the install was great. I love that now we have a very stable heat (before it was too hot or too cold). I have used McLendon Home services to replace a tanked hot water heater with a tankless unit before and I was impress with the quality and the savings I got. I will use them again for other projects. Thanks for all their hard work.

Don was professional and a pleasure to have in our home. There was a slight problem with the new toilet, Don came super early the next day, before his appointments to fix our minor problem. I would highly recommend McLendon Home Services.

I was not made aware of the additional sales tax previous to having the service performed, even though we were in contact before our appointment to confirm the date, time, and price. After the service was performed, I was surprised that the bill included tax, which I'd not been informed of. I called McLendon Home Services at that time and they apologized to me, saying that the receptionist was new and not aware.

I purchased a coupon through Angie's list then called McClendons to set up the service. The person on the phone was efficient, helpful and scheduled me for a day I wanted. The technician showed up on time, was professional and started right into the job. He found broken tiles and a strange shimming job to keep the old toilet straight that he fixed for the new one. He also found that the water line wasn't quite long enough to reach the new toilet. He had the right pieces to extend the line which he did without any additional charge. I used to do the work myself at my rentals but have found it's so much more worth it to hire a professional. Great job.

Services started out on wrong foot when serviceman arrived almost one hour after promised time and the heater that he brought was too large to fit in the required space. As soon as the serviceman recognized the problems he addressed them promptly and very professionally. I personally believe the start time delay was due to a communication issue between the "office" and "service" departments since the scheduled time was not set until late Sunday afternoon for Monday morning service. In spite of the rough start I was pleased with the great service provided and would not hesitate to use Mclendon in the future.

We wanted to have a water heater we own instead of the leased one we had. Based on Angie's List recommendation and my prior experience with McLendon's hardware, I selected McLendon's and called them. Justin first asked if it was an emergency and since it wasn't we agreed on a schedule one week out. Installer showed up exactly on time and started to work. He had everything he needed in two bucket he carried in. There was only one trip back out to his truck to get the new water heater. He was all business and very personable. It was very obvious he had done this kind of work many times before. I wouldn't hesitate to use McLendon's Home Service again.

The guy came on time. He was very nice did a good job.

The handyman who came to my house was Gary. He actually arrived early and was waiting in his truck when I got home. He did a great job. The work took much longer than he expected but he had a great attitude and worked hard. He was careful to clean up after his job. Exceptional job! I would definitely use McLendon again and would request Gary.

Dave showed up right on time. He installed a new toilet that I had purchased elsewhere. He was friendly and professional, respectful of my time and of his own. He worked quickly and cleanly. I will call on McLendon Home Services again. I'd call them first for any service they provide.
