They did a great job! Were here, on time and when they said they would be. I had a complicated installation due to hot water circulation system. No complaints, just did a great job installing new and removing old HW tank. Was very communicative and helpful. Answered all my questions, and did not try to up-sell me on any other products other than what was necessary.

That turned out great. We have a new hot water heater now. One employee came out and he was here for awhile. The whole operation worked smoothly; the job took about an hour or two. There was a woman who called on the weekend to arrange everything. They worked with us and everything worked efficiently. There was an additional charge, but that was to our request. We wanted straps, a stand and a permit.

Everything went fairly well from beginning to end. Received an email with suggested times within a couple hours of purchasing the Angie's deal. Traded voice mails back and forth a couple of times to finalize details and additions, and received a quote within 3-4 days. From the date of purchase of the deal to the finalized quote, it was 6 days. The service technician arrived at the promised time and was done within 1 1/2 - two hours. Answered all my questions about warranty and the installation, cleaned up what little there was, and it was done.

The old tank was removed and the Installation of the new tank went well. No complications. It took 2.5 hours. No problems so far, it works fine.

They were knowledgeable and helpful. They came to the job prepared had the parts and did exactly what I wanted. Very happy!

Everything about this purchase was a pleasure! I was contacted immediately by someone at McLendon's Home Services and was able to schedule a next day appointment to replace our hot water heater. The old one was starting to leak, so I did not want to wait too long! Joe was the plumber who came out, and was knowledgeable, professional, and very competent. He was happy to explain everything in enough detail so that I understood what he was doing. We now have a beautiful new water heater, that is safe and current with all plumbing codes. I strongly recommend using McLendon Home Services for your plumbing needs.

We had defective bathroom faucets and had purchased replacements, so we had all of the parts. The plumber arrived and did the job quickly. We have been very happy with the work.

It was excellent. It costed more than the big deal purchase. We added an amount of $14 for parts. They were just prompt, on time and efficient.

They were on time and did a quality job. Explained all the costs and estimates were correct.

This turned out fine. They did a variety of small plumbing tasks. The technician was very fast. We actually had to look for other things for him to do to fill up the time.

It was a bigger job than i thought. They did an adequate job and they got it done. I wish they were a little more professional. I had a deal with them and they added an hour and a half to finish the job.

The service turned out great. There was an additional fee for parts. He installed a toilet and kitchen sink. The technician went a little over the time allotted, but he did not charge us for that. He did a good job and answered all of my questions. Scheduling was very easy and he showed up on time.

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! The window installers were less than professional, they were messy and did horrible construction work. They were highly unorganized and did not report to the job site until close to 10:00 AM. The job should have taken (2) days however, we lived in a mess for over (3) weeks! It was a horrible experience and I have told everyone I know, to tell everyone they know, to avoid these people!!! The Garage Door's never were ordered, even though we met with the owner personally at our home and he assured us he was the man for the job! Needless to say we cancelled the order with Mc Lendon and ordered our garage doors from another company and they were awesome. (DISTRIBU DOORS ROCKS!!!) DO NOT ASSUME THE MC LENDON NAME BRINGS QUALITY, I CAN ASSURE YOU IT DOES NOT!!!

I was out of town and my tiler met the plumber at my home to oversee the project. The plumber was on time. He had a written request printed from my Angie's List Deal Purchase which was for a leaky faucet indoor and out. However, i had phoned McLendons and after speaking to them, I changed my service order to the shower valve project instead. They were very accommodating. However, due to the fact that the plumber had my original request printed out and did not seem to have the more current communication from my phone call with McLendon's, there was a bit of confusion. My tiler was able to convince the plumber that the shower indeed was the job I had wanted and thankfully the plumber did that work. The work was great as far as i can tell because my new shower is wonderful and the water pours down as it should!

Jessie as awesome. Very professional, went right to work and fixed all my problems in less than the time allowed. It was no small feat either as the sump pump had not worked in well over a year. It was Nasty... I am very pleased with the outcome.

They were very good when they came out. They came and were here about 2 and a half hours and they applied the two hour credit as well. They ended up replacing the old water heater. They are very professional, they were quick, they followed up, and we got exactly what we wanted for purchasing the deal. I was of their first customers and they were very cordial and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the courtesy and knowledge of the Mclendons folks. I've always liked shopping at the store, and I look forward to them further developing the professional services arm so I can use them in the future. I got referrals for several other local vendors during our discussions and definitely got the sense that the Mclendons folks would have done a good job for me if they had staff enough to support their current workload. A good problem for them to be having, I think.

I couldn't be happier with Mclendon Home Services. Going into this project we wanted to maintain the look of our 1930 home as this is a large investment. I requested an estimate at the Mclendon hardware store in Tacoma. An appointment was made quickly . Yuri was on time for the appointment and made a point to give us an estimate based upon maintaining the original look of the house and even adding some additional ideas that we had not thought of. We scheduled the work soon thereafter and were told the project would take 2 weeks to complete. Yuri and his crew showed up as scheduled and worked from approx. 9 - 4 each day making a point to let us know when anything out of the ordinary came up. We learned after the demo phase that we needed 3 window casing redone on the extreme weather side of the house. Andy and Yuri came up with a fair quote quickly and were able to perfectly match the existing casings. The siding installation went smoothly and no other issues were found. Overall, the project took exactly 2 weeks to complete and we are thrilled with the results.

This is the second time I have had them back since my initial review! Enough said!

It was a positive experience. They were punctual and they gave us what they said that they would give us. It turned out really nice but I spent an additional $300 with them.

They are very nice, pleasant and helpful. They did everything we asked them to. They were very neat and efficient.

I have had this company to my house 3 times now, for 3 different things. I first had them out to upgrade/replace my garage door. They were timely, competitive in pricing, and extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. I had them out 1 year later to replace the fence in my backyard on the North property line and experienced the same professionalism as the first time. The third time I had them out was this last summer and I had them replace the fence on the East property line. I would recommend them for ANY work you need done!

After trying with two other companies to order and install my closet doors McLendons came through with coming out to the house, measuring, consulting and ordering the doors agreed on. They kept in contact about the hardware I wanted and the time when to install them. They knew how to cut out the molding for each closet so the doors would fit properly. Very professional and courteous.

They were pretty good and they were very professional.
