Description of Work: I am unimpressed with McBride's professionalism. I expect a contractor to treat the homeowner as a valued client-with respect and courtesy. I frequently did not receive this...especially after the main job was completed. I also expect the project manager to, in fact, manage all aspects of the project and to keep the client informed in a very timely manner. This also frequently did not occur - resulting in my own frequent follow up. The work performed was done well, however in the future I will just go directly to those vendors. I would not use this company again.

Description of Work: Our first experience with McBride was for water damage restoration to a condo we were renting. The service and methods were sub-par. Currently, they are working on an apartment building renovation next door to our condo building. They are running several months behind schedule, have blocked the alleyway numerous times, and in general, have been rude and inconsiderate to the owners in our building.

 + -1 moreI was disappointed because they took a long time for them to finish the job. I had to live out of my place for 3 months until the work was completed. The management company did not do a good job following up with them, so they started the work late. They were not responsive as well and I had to do constant follow up with them.
Description of Work: They repaired the dry wall that was cut open due to water leak. They also repaired the flooring, replaced the baseboards, and fixed the closet doors.

They were always very nice, and I was happy to work with him with the estimates. The only reason I didn't end up working with him is because of the availability. I wanted them a lot sooner than they could get in. Also, I couldn't get a hold of a project manager. But all in all, they were a pretty good company to deal with.
Description of Work: They came out about two or three times to give me bids.

 + -1 moreTHE COMPANY WAS REASSURING AND HELPFUL IN A TIME OF HOME CRISIS. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR NEEDS AND DID VERY PROFESSIONAL WORK. THEY WERE ACCOMMODATING TO CHANGES THAT WE REQUESTED.
Description of Work: REPLACED THE ROOF (TREE FELL ON IT). INSTALLED NEW GUTTERS, FENCE, DECK, AND DECK RAILING. BEDROOM CEILING WAS REPLACED AND REBUILT THE BATHROOM
