The experience has been great. We will be having them for some further work next spring.

Mostly OK, but final product rather ordinary and disappointing considering the amt of money asked. There was no follow up to see how things were doing. I had both the front and back yards to do, but hired them to do only the front so I could see how they handled it before hiring them for the back. I'm glad I did that because of my disappointment about the front, and because their bid for the back went much higher than they originally estimated. Kind of a bait-and-switch. When I called them on that, they made it clear they were no longer interested in the work by just not returning any more of my emails.

We contracted with Lifestyle Landscapes to do part one of our side/back yard landscaping. We had old pavers, an old fence, and a basement egress that was quite wide and cut into the patio area. Brian Horstmann and Peter Callahan met with us for an initial consult, drew up a plan, and we decided to move forward with it. We removed the old pavers ourselves to cut down on expenses, but left the rest to the professionals. In the space of barely a week, a work crew of eight had completely transformed our side yard to exactly what we were looking for. After the install, Brian came back out for a follow up and went over detailed instructions with us. We are very pleased and would recommend Brian and Peter to friends.

For an investment of this size, I would definitely recommend LL. They worked well with us, helped us find the right materials, and when it came time to do the work they completed it all in less than two weeks, and did a fantastic job with some difficult obstacles. They also quickly and efficiently addressed every issue or problem we had with the work.
