I had to call him back, but once we connected and signed the contract he and his men did a great job. He's had some more work to finish before Thursday the 23rd when my company arrives. I will hire him again.

I can not speak more highly of Brent and his workers. Brent came out very quickly to estimate this large and overwhelming project. He was able to come back and take care of it just a few days later. He brought 6-8 works that worked from the early morning until the afternoon only taking a small break for lunch. They completely transformed the area in the matter of one day; they went above and beyond my expectations. I can't explain how happy I was to have found Leaf It To Me on Angieslist. Thank you so much Brent and please thank everyone who worked on the project....I could not be happier!

Met the contractor, discussed what needed to be done. Met the assistants. All pleasant. Price quoted was fair and contractor flexible with payment. The next day, workers arrived and completed all work within a 4 hour plan. Area cleaned up after. Contractor checked with me. Check issued. Agreed to be called when follow up work needed. Price then will be $25.00. Both of us happy with all.

Wonderful job, excelent communication to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. Am planning on having him come back and do more work. He had great ideas for my backyard.

I was shocked to arrive home and see such a difference. I have quite a few gardens and everything was trimmed and cleaned up to perfection. It looked so neat and tidy it was hard to believe it was the same house! Will definitely use them again.

I was in a hurry to get the path for the fence cleared before the fence installation date. Brent was able to come out almost immediately to perform that first small part of the job and did so very well. Upon completion of that, we met few days later to go over the plan for the rest of the job. He was able to start the next day. It took a day longer to complete than he originally estimated and he needed more bark and gravel than originally planned, so I agreed to pay some more than the original estimate. But it was a huge job and the property looks 100% better than when he started - I had also added the extra job of the basketball backboard and trim cleaning after the original estimate. I detracted a little on the responsiveness and punctuality scores because it took him a few days to call me back in the beginning, and he was late meeting me at the property one time. But overall I am very happy with the final results.

Brent Jones was very knowledgeable and impressive. I actually had thought this would end up being a lasting, year-round relationship. First bid was for specific clean up/pruning/weeding and mowing. They would then contact me about whether and how often I needed maintenance. First time they came, the office first called me because they realized they had an incorrect address. I gave the correct address. The crew didn't get it though because I saw them driving around looking for a non-existent block and flagged them down in the street. Although I had been given a specific written bid, the crew had gotten no direction. I talked to them a bit, gave them the envelope with my check and then I left. What they did was amazingly good but they missed a big parking area in the back. I emailed and said that it was fine to include that back section when they returned - which I would like to be in three weeks. Two weeks later, they showed up. I told them they were a week early. I then reached Brent by phone and told him every three weeks and the back section and whole parking strip needed to be done. He told me to leave payment under my front mat. I did so. They did the work but didn't pick up the check. I mailed it to Leaf it to Me with a note saying that unless they told me otherwise, I would again leave the check under the mat. I also reminded them that I wanted a bid for winter gardening - mulching and pruning. The next time they came, they again did not pick up the check and they again did not do the back parking area and this time they did not do any of the parking strip. I held on to the check, assuming they would contact me (I had left phone emails and sent emails with no response). I didn't hear any thing. The next time they were supposed to come, I posted an envelope on the front door with instructions and put both checks under the mat. They didn't show. I haven't heard anything from them. I sent them a letter with the check for the week they did show up, telling them I was sad because I had thought this could be a long relationship. They cashed the check but I heard nothing from them. Their work is exceptionally good (I would give them an "A" except for leaving major things out). The price is reasonable. But the lack of responsiveness and professionalism makes them impossible for me to employ.

Very professional, called ahead of time to ask specifically what we wanted done. Did a great job with hedge/bush trimming. Hauled away other yard debris we already had. After completion, the foreman walked us through everything they did to ensure all was done to satisfaction before they left. Made our lives easy. I plan on using them for future work and even other services such as lawn mowing, edging, etc.

Very well. I had thought I'd have to take out and completely resod or replant grass. Brent had a much better and cheaper solution. After the first experience, I used Leaf It to Me for yard maintenance the rest of this year and plan to do so next year.

Everything from beginning to end was great. Wonderful service, and our lawn was maintained nicely. Our lawn was mowed consistently every 2 weeks, weeds were cleaned up, hedges and trees were trimmed up. Overall, very satisfied with their service. Billing and paying was set up with ease.

I met one guy who came out to give me an estimate. He was real nice and told us what they could do. I was not here when they did the actual work. Because the estimator did not write everything down that we asked them to do I had to call them to come back out to do three things they missed doing the first time. The first time I called and left a message it probably took a little less than a week for them to get back to me. But after they came out it only took another couple of days for them to come out to do the work.

110% pleased. Would certainly call on them again. Saving his card on my computer as I speak. Thank you Mr. Jones/Crew Mr. Jones explained that it was not a good time to do a heavy trimming on my hedges. He was intellegent about his work and his crew was clean. I was also impressed by their equiptment. Having the right tools is 80% of the job. They had tooks to complete the job like professionals and personalities that only a few see with landscapers.

Brent was responsive and came out when he said he would. The estimate that I received, however, wasn't very professional.

I read reviews for a number of providers on Angies list and settled on this company. Turns out to be a good call! I called the owner, Brent a couple of days ago. He came over the next day (late Tuesday) and gave us an estimate for the work. Seemed reasonable and he said he could have his crew out to us first thing on Thursday which is fantastic turnaround. Brent is a really nice guy and passionate about what he does. He picked up on my requirement to have everything looking neat.The crew came over, tidied everything up, and everything looks very good. The neighbors behind us saw what they were doing, and hired them right away to clear their weeds right after they finished here. So I guess that says a lot too!I would describe myself as "particular" so I think I can say that their work will likely satisfy most! When we did a walkthrough, the crew had missed the driveway but rectified that immediately. Once I saw and experienced how hard they had worked, I felt the price was very good indeed.Overall, great folks, very courteous, great work, and I hope we can work out a maintenance plan.We did discover that although they were recommended for our zip (98122), they are not especially close. Brent thinks he may be able to send a crew once a month for upkeep. I think we'd be very happy with that.

They were fantastic to work with. Very easy to schedule and they were prompt & professional. My yard looks fantastic. We will be using them again in the fall to trim trees & bushes.

They did an excellent job. They worked very hard all day and did far more work than what was originally discussed. I had asked that they leave the native plants and they were very careful to follow my instructions. They cleaned up carefully when they were finished.

They were punctual, professional, easy to work with and helpful with ideas about landscaping.

I made a phone call to Brent, he came out and gave us an estimate and made an appointment for the next day. My backyard looks great!!

.We had a crew of 3 pruning, weeding, clearing out storm damage...general spring cleanup for both front and back yards. They did a very good job. Sure, they missed a few small weeds here and there, but nothing that I can't pick out while wandering the garden. They had a stakebed truck full of debris to haul away. As a disabled person it is impossible to do these chores myself. What a transformation they accomplished in 1/2 a day! I also appreciated that they came out a day or two after I called, they arrived near the projected time and worked hard the entire time.

He would answer all my questions. I would rate him highly. He is just real pro, and his workers are great. They go over and beyond. They are so excellent, and they do such a great job every time, and their price is very fair. They are very nice and helpful. They are almost perfect of all tough jobs. I have big yard and it’s just not so easy, and it’s not just taking out lawn mooring, but it takes a lot of care and it’s not easy. The gentleman who runs it is very gracious and kind. He is really dedicated and very caring people.

I called Brent in the morning to set up an appt. for an estimate. He said he would be able to come that afternoon. I called him when I was on my way home and he said he was on the way. I was home 10 minutes and he arrived. We were happy with the quoted price he gave us. He and his assistant immediately started picking up all the debris and worked steadily for 2 1/2 hours in the rain. They filled their 10 yard trailer to capacity. They even raked up other leaves and yard trimmings. They were exceptionally hard workers and very pleasant. We couldn't be happier with the work they did (and saved us from doing it ourselves). We will definetly use their services again.

We are delighted with the work. Brent kept us informed as each stage took place and also worked with us to colloborate and iterate as we went along so that the vision we all had stayed on track. The final was brilliant it looks great. I can not recommend Brent and "Leaf it to me" strongly enough.
