Description of Work: Frank assessed interior foundation water drainage damage and recommended using a plumber for a very inexpensive fix that he thought should definitely work. He was very nice, took his time to quietly describe the solution. He gave no estimate or charge,. Nice Man!

Description of Work: An old rickety frame garage was straightened, strengthened and made durable. The old doors were removed and re-purposed and the front wall reinforced. Tons of trash were carted away and the site left clean. Frank and his crew were exemplary in two ways. Their first job was to clear out the junk that had accumulated over 30 years and make a plan for new beams and plywood walls. They did this is one day with efficiency. Their next job was the highly skilled one of making this garage structurally sound and able to support solar panels. They did this in 8 days (2 more than predicted) with consistent work hours and excellent communication with us about their progress. We observed the men working closely as a team and showing good design sense for the finished appearance of the garage. They were easy to work with and we would be glad to use them again.
