Description of Work: I had very bad luck with a company that attemped to fix my gas range and after accepting a big check from me did not. I called Nick at Eagle Appliance and Repair and he gave me some great advise on how to deal with this company, specifically the technical issues associated with the work they did and the cause for it not working. He was friendly and even looked up some parts numbers for me so I was better prepared to make the case for getting my money back. If I have any appliance needs in the future, I will call him for sure!

Description of Work: Dishwasher wouldn't drain. Called Nick and gave him the model number. he came out and fixed it without using the replacement parts. Stuck to his price was professional and courteous. He did not try to charge me more or sell me extra parts. No reason to go anywhere else!!!
