Everything went perfectly. He communicated very clearly about what we could expect. He was great!

I called on a Tuesday afternoon. Nick called back the next morning and arrived by 10:30am. To get the dryer to start he replaced the thermal fuse. I asked him to replace the heating element and the belt. He was very efficient, had all the parts and the price I paid was very fair. His card is now on my fridge for future reference. Excellent service.

Just fine quick diagnosis and repair

Nick was great: prompt, professional, and explained clearly what was going on: broken valve and deteriorating front door rubber gasket. We were debating on repair or replace so he explained that current models have built in obsolescence so unless you spend 2-3000 on truly high end models, the newer ones will need to be replaced usually in 5 - 6 years. This rang true because our daughter just had to replace her 6 year old Bosch. We had one of the “older” ones pre-built in obsolescence ( 14 years old), so we opted to repair. Cost was $350 and it works perfectly! Very very happy!

Our front-loading Samsung washing machine stopped working. Eagle was responsive, came out the next day, fixed it in an hour, gave us free advice on some other appliances, and charged less than the Samsung recommended repair shop we used for our dryer a couple of weeks ago (who we had to wait a week for an appointment and they charged twice as much just for the trip).

We could have easily been led into an expensive repair, but instead were helped to realize that a newer stove would be our best solution. Super impressed by the honesty and personal professionalism - happy to recommend.

Perfectly. I was very pleased that he offered a one-hour window for service rather than a three or four hour window. He came in, diagnosed the problem quickly and had the washer repaired and working in 15 minutes after replacing the pump. He also explained how the pump mechanism became damaged in the first place and advised on how to prevent future damage.

Great! - a bit pricey but overall happy with how it all turned out.

Nick returned my call very, very quickly. He asked me more about the problems and how I had already tried to fix them. He told me how I could recalibrate the oven to deal with the temperature issue. He said he wasn't familiar with the uneven heating problem, and he didn't want to schedule an appointment and have to charge me for something he would just have to guess about. Very professional! Would definitely call him again if I needed someone!

Nick did a great job. He showed up on time, explained everything he was doing, finished the repair in a timely fashion, and charged me a fair price that matched his original estimate. Our dishwasher is working well again. Eagle Appliance Repair will be my go-to for any future appliance repair or installation. Nick replaced a leaking water inlet valve that was causing our dishwasher to fill with fresh water between washing’s. I had thoroughly researched this online and had been tempted to try the repair myself as it looked pretty straightforward. After watching Nick complete the repair I can only say that I am thankful I didn’t try it myself. It was money very well spent. And Nick is a very nice guy who spent some time explaining how to extend the life of my dishwasher. I had been a little skeptical of all the A’s Nick had in his Angie’s List reviews. Not any more...

He talked with my husband on the phone, and laid out what he figured were the problems and the pros and cons of trying to fix the washer or going for a new one. He gave us very good advice, and if we had gone for a repair, we would have used him.

The job went great He was able to come right away. He had it fixed in record time. I would definitely hire again.

If I could go higher than excellent, I would. I left a message on Thursday, got a call back on Friday along with an appointment. He arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the problem within 10-15 minutes. The repair was complete in less than an hour. I would work with Eagle Appliance Repair again without hesitation.

He identified the problem and unclogged the drain pipe. I had another repair person unclog the drain, but he did not look at the pipe from the drain to the drain pan, so he didn't fix the real problem.

It went very well. We called three other appliance repair companies, Eagle was the only one who responded. We had an estimated time of between 1:30 and 3:30, Nick came promptly by 1:30!!!! Nick was friendly and effIcient and informative. When he was finished he asked if we had problems with any other appliances. He gave us some advice on how to regulate our stove. Very happy with service. Will use Eagle again!

Nick did a great job. When there was an additional problem he came right back and fixed it.

I called on Friday and spoke to the owner. He came out on Saturday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 mins and said he would buy a new machine because of the cost of the repair. However, I needed the machine right away did not time to go shopping. So he fixed it. I think he replaced the clutch or transmission, not sure. It took about 2 hours. The cost was $350 including parts. The next time I need appliance repair appliance I will call him first. They are local, so you're not dealing with an 800 service on the other side of the world.

The plumber arrived on time. He immediately determined the problem was a belt that had come off. He immediately reattached it. He also helped reattach the dryer which had been separated from the washer when flooring installers moved it. I was only charged for the visit - no labor costs. I would definitely use Eagle Appliance again,

Nick showed up on time on a Saturday, so I didn't miss any work. The price was reasonable, and the work was good.

Nick was on time and very quickly figured out that my icemaker needed to be replaced and showed me where the problem was. He had a replacement with him and fixed it in no time. I mentioned that the fridge door wouldn't shut all the way by itself and he showed me where the plastic cam was disintegrating and needed to be replaced. He did not have that part but could get it and be back in 3 days. I asked him to look at my washer which had been leaking a small amount during every load. I had thought, from my internet research, that the soap or bleach dispensers were plugged up but Nick opened it up and showed me there was no build-up problem. After running several different tests, he determined that it was the switch array that controls the strength of the water pressure that was the problem. He did not have that part with him but would bring it in 3 days with the fridge cam. When he returned 3 days later with the parts, both appliances were fixed and running in no time. He ran several tests on the washer to make sure it didn't leak. He was very efficient and was willing to explain what the problems were and how they needed to be fixed. I appreciated his patience with me and my questions. He cleaned up after himself and was very personable. His prices for all three parts and labor were reasonable and I will call him in the future if I have any more appliance problems.

Fridge LG LFX25991ST stopped cooling .we called Eagle , spoke with Nick. he came in time next day morning. i'm DIY person and did my day googling on troubleshooting this model. I did not need my knowledge as Nick , prior to do any measures or troubleshooting steps, did clearly explained what is he going to do and what is he checking for while inspecting frigde. basically poor assembly and parts do cause the leackage but find which one and whether it is the only one part ...is extremely challenging and expensive... Nick did show me readings and explained what is right ones and what it could of be wrong. he was very direct on the problem of freon leackage - replacing major parts by one after another and wait for some time whether leackage still be continued... NIck did go with me on all check points that he was doing and clearly explaning what can be wrong . no error codes and all fans are working and all electric points he can assess did have right readings. NIck was upfront and clear on $ to start replacing major parts that MAY have leackage, but he also was very direct that leackage may occur in tubing and visually may not be discovered..., therefore, replacing parts may extend the life of fridge but no one knows for how much time...poor quality 'by design' ... he was exact on $ for repairs. NIck did not start squizing us on $ - he was professional and direct with estimation of labor and explained steps that he will be doing if we decide to start fixing the ' LG piece'. we have not decided on further repairs yet and we started our ' journey' with LG support and warranty terms... that has not been expired on major parts. If we decide to go with LG warranty we also will need to go on only with LG support third parties to estimate labor cost. Thank you Nick for your help and honest professional service!

Nick is in the right business. Answers his phone, came out in 2 business days, perfect gentleman, great technician. Diagnosed the problem......was not what I expected but I think everything he said makes good sense. I'm so glad we have found a great appliance guy.....

He came in and replaced the gasket for the dryer. Works like new now.
