I tried to get Sears out to replace it, but they were a pain. They wanted to come out and a**** the issue and then order the part and come back when I knew exactly what needed to be replaced (the gasket). Cancelled service and called Eagle. Also emailed. Nick called an hour after they opened and had gave me a quote over the phone for part and installation. He had someone at my house 2 hours after that. The technician arrived when expected and did the job. I would use these guys again in a heart beat.

Based on reviews here and on yelp, I called Eagle and talked with Nick, the owner and technician. He was able to come the next afternoon and called when he was stuck in freeway to make sure we knew he was coming but a few minites late. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a price. We agreed. He had the part (pump) onboard and was able to fix it in about an hour. Our issue was "stuff" like coins and a tweezer that had gotten stuck in the outflow from the washer. We need to empty pockets before we wash! All fixed, 30 day labor warranty, 1 year on part. We're happy! We'd use him again.

Nick was fantastic and very professional. Our washing machine stopped working and was not draining water just when we had started a whole laundry load. I spend most of Saturday night trying to figure out what was going on to no avail. I called multiple people on Sunday morning trying to find somebody to repair the washing machine but it was near impossible to find anybody who was rated high on the weekend. When I heard from Nick I was very relieved because he asked me a few questions on the phone and seemed to know what might be wrong. He gave me an estimated for the part and for his time. When he came home he quickly identified the motor as the problem. He showed me what was wrong and he also had brought along with him the right part I was very impressed with his knowledge and he seemed very personable. I will definitely be calling him if there are other appliance repairs needed in the future.

I called Sunday evening, my freezer was not keeping the food cold, so I searched and was unable to find anything quickly here on Angie's due to needing a few specifics (emergency service in particular) so hit up google, fortunately while finding some companies there, I was able to check here on Angie's using a name search. Unfortunately the site I found Nick from had his company name misspelled so I thought I was taking a chance. I gave him a call, he was the only one tonight that while saying they had emergency service never returned my call. It is now 3 hours after my initial calls, Nick not only answered the phone, he troubleshot the issue with me. After a couple calls and some digging we determined it was a bad fan. Great! No charge. Really? That doesn't happen these days. Ok, How much? He gave me a very reasonable quote, part and service. Done, when can you get here? 30 minutes. Great, I decided to eat a quick dinner with my wife. No sooner than I got my leftovers heated in the microwave than Nick was knocking on my door. 15 minutes after determining I needed him to replace the part. From the first call until he landed at my step was maybe 45 minutes. That was pretty impressive to me. Nick showed up in record time, was courteous enough to remove his shoes, and made a beeline to the freezer. I decided this would be a good time to nibble on my dinner. Moments later I returned to find he was DONE. Well not quite, he was now cleaning the drain, cleaning and dusting other things, making sure nothing ELSE went wrong. Wow. On the way out he took a quick look at another issue. He was most definitely interested in making sure that my fridge and freezer were keeping my food from going bad. This means a lot, I didn't feel nickled and dimed as I often do with other companies. He quoted me a price, and actually discounted it because I did the troubleshooting for him. He didn't even charge me for the extra he did on the way out. I cannot recommend this man enough. He knew what was going on, and made sure it was taken care of. And unlike other companies, I think he may have left my freezer cleaner than when he arrived. That is saying something, often I have to clean up after they have gone despite their best efforts. Great service when its M-F 8-5. Hard to describe how good it was considering I likely interrupted his dinner on a Sunday. If I ever have anything else go wrong, I know who I am calling. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that has an appliance issuel

The job went as planed. Made appointment with Eagle and they showed up right ontime. Replaced the valve and finished the job. Very competent and professional. I just received the invoice and it was what I expected.
