Nick showed up at the agreed time. He inspected the dishwasher and asked a number of questions. He then began to examine the parts of the dishwasher in detail to diagnose the problem. He was able to get the dishwasher going, but added that if it were to stop working he'd need to replace a part in the dishwasher's door. We agreed to call him if that happened. So far, the dishwasher is working well.

Nick was able to get to us the very next day after making the call. He showed up on time. Once he diagnosed the problem, he gave us a clear explanation of the work that needed to be done (replace the capacitor). His work comes with a warranty. He's has a friendly manner and is very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend his service!

Wonderful service!! Very knowledgeable; Nick was able to guess the manufacturer of my fridge over the phone as soon as described my problem. He described the fix I needed right away with no hesitation, came out exactly on time the same day, charged me as quoted as was super friendly! A+ would hire again!

Nick arrived exactly on time. Described the problem to him. He tested multiple components and arrived at the conclusion it was a failed 'pig-tail' power connector. Replaced connector - reassembled dryer. All working. Very happy with the job. Definitely will hire again when appliances need repair.

I can't say enough good about Nick from Eagle Repair. He was incredibly nice and efficient. I thought my dishwasher was leaking - it wasn't. It just needed to be adjusted because the initial installation left it tilted forward. A few minutes later, he had raised the front and it is now level and water is not pooling against the door. Sadly, the news wasn't so great for my washer. Nick was able to tell me that it has a broken bearing and isn't fixable. I appreciate that he gave it to my straight and didn't waste time on a hopeless cause. The only charge was for the service call... nothing extra for leveling my dishwasher (and saving my kitchen floor!). Given that I own other large appliances, I will definitely be calling Nick again (hopefully not for a while though).

He returned our call promptly within an hour or so of leaving a message (during a holiday week), gathered enough details to ensure he could have the right parts available and was able to come out the next day. Quickly diagnosed the problem, had the right parts and got us up and running with a fixed freezer/fridge. Pleasant and helpful in his explanations.

The repair was simple but we couldn't have done it ourselves. He was kind and personable and we would definitely call him again.

Correctly assessed a problem (broken pump) and had pump in van. Fixed dishwasher within 45 minutes of walking through the door. Also alerted me to vacuuming my refrigerator coilers so they don't malfunction. Very courteous, very patient, and excellent service.

Everything went well. I called mid-morning on a Friday, he returned the call that afternoon for an "as soon as you are able" appointment which we set for the following Monday morning. He arrived at the agreed on time, took care of the work quickly, but also made time to tell me what he was doing at each step and whether or not it was a step I could reasonably take on myself if there was a next time--and also what to do to avoid there being a next time. Honestly, the only way I could be happier is if the dryer hadn't broken in the first place.

He came back 3 different times to fix our dry which is 11 years old, and he couldn't find a part. But he was very good and I would still recommend him. He did his job as best he could, and I couldn't ask for more than that.

I wouldn't use this company under any circumstances. They failed on every level. Pitiful service and apparently a pitiful human being as well.

He was really good. I was very happy with the price. Everything was very good. The service man represented himself very good. I had chosen another provider and he did a terrible job.

He was prompt and professional

He figured out, quickly, the cause of the screeching sound and replaced the bearing with no trouble, while inside the dryer he showed me the cracked and old belt, also replaced. He was very professional, knew his way around a dryer, personable and quick. We had a mix-up with emails so I had to contact him twice to get a response. The repairman's phone does not show up on caller ID as his business so one time we didn't pick up one of his calls.

I called the provider and left a message with my contact information and an explanation of the repair service needed; 36 hours later I still have not heard from the provider. If the provider is on vacation, that information should be included on the answering machine/greeting. Otherwise, the provider should return calls within a timely manner. Leaving appropriate greetings and being responsive are aspects of professionalism that I appreciate.

I guess they are too busy already to deal with new customers.

Nick was right on time to repair my dryer. He was one of the few appliance repair places that I found that repaired Samsung appliances. He was great. He diagnosed the problem and presented my options. I decided to have him replace the belt. He took the dryer apart, replaced the belt and put it all back together, as well as tested everything to make sure the dryer was operating correctly. He did all that very efficiently and with great skill. I was impressed! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repair.

He promptly returned our call in less than 24 hours. (A review on Yelp indicated he did not return calls, but that has not been our experience.) He gave a (correct) diagnosis over the phone and was over in less than 24 hours to disconnect the problem burner. He said either he could order the part from his supplier, or we could get it for about 50% less on-line. (We opted for the latter.) He asked us to give him a call as soon as the part arrives and he will install it right away. He spent at least an hour here. He carefully pulled out the stove without damaging the hardwood floor. He had to remove about a zillion screws to get at the panel, and meticulously put them all back. We were struck by his thoughtful, careful work. Plus, he was a very likeable, professional man. We highly recommend him.

We had a broken coupler and Eagle came out and fixed it on the spot, for a fair price too. Good professional service and would use and recommend them in the future.

After a couple of unhelpful conversations with other service providers (didn't work on Samsung, couldn't tell me anyone who does), I found Nick. He took my information down, called me back shortly to say he'd located the part, and asked if he could install the part the following afternoon (it was already around 5:30 PM). He showed up when he said he would, installed the new seal, and was out the door in about 40 minutes. Nick is professional, conscientious, and even gave the cat a scratch on the head after she supervised the job. I would definitely recommend him, for a temperamental Samsung appliance or any of your repair needs. The other reviewers here who have rated him very well are right - he will get all of my repair business, too.

He went over everything to determine the problem. Turns out it wasn't fix-able. The dishwasher was old, was shorting out and needed to be replaced. I appreciate the effort that went into trying to fix it. The work was done quickly and neatly and for a fair price. I will use this service again!

Nick was great. This washer came with my recent condo purchase and I didn't know a lot about it except that it wasn't working well. Because I hadn't used it much myself, it was a puzzle to find and resolve the multiple issues it had. Nick stuck with it, and stood with the original price he gave me - even though it took more labor and more parts than expected! I recommend this service without reservation. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional and he was flexible enough to work around my limited availability.

We were able to arrange a time for the service by phone. The technician responded to phone calls in a timely manner. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the ignition switch. He also noticed one of the back burners on the stove didn't work. He saw that it only needed to be cleaned so he cleaned he took a few seconds to clean it and it was fixed at no additional charge. Nice! The only change I'd make is to have him call when he's on his way over.
