Difficult to track down problem since the noise never happened when he was here. Did a great job

He was great!. He was the only repair co. that was able to respond in the same week. He was prompt, freindly, explained what my options were, and and very reasonable in price. I would definately hire him again!

I have had Nick with Eagle Appliance out to our home twice to fix a variety of appliance issues. Nick is first class. He is courteous, smart and professional. Nick works quickly and does not charge for unnecessary repairs. He has fixed my refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher. I will keep calling on Nick when we have any appliance repair need. I only hope he does not become so busy and popular that he is unable to respond. :-)

Didn't return 3 calls to fix stove that had a small gas leak.

I called Eagle and spoke with Nick. I explain the issue and he stated it might be the heat coil, as the machine is 14 years old and that's a common thing to go bad. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. He arrived within the pre-arranged window of time. He was professional, friendly, and thoroughly explained everything. He replaced the gas coil and also mentioned the felt around the dryer drum was looking a little thin. We decided to replace that, too (extra $15). He completed the job in under 30 minutes and asked if I had any questions about any of my other appliances. I didn't, but when something goes south with one of them, I will call Nick!

Nick was on time, knowledgeable, and good at explaining what was going on. I had him out a second time and his timeliness and professionalism were consistently good.

Our washing machine stopped spinning. I called Eagle Appliance Repair and left a message. When my call was returned we discussed the problem briefly over the phone and made arrangements to meet within a few days. Nick was prompt and discovered our problem within a few minutes. He also found another potential problem that needed a replacement part. He didn't have the parts he needed so he picked them up the next day and came back a day later. Replacement didn't take more than an hour. Nick was very courteous and explained everything very clearly. I was very happy with the experience and have already referred him to others.

He came on time, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had a replacement heater element in the truck, installed it and - problem fixed.

My experience was very good. Just one person came to complete the service. It took maybe a half hour to 45 minutes to complete the service. He was professional, quick, and he did if for a reasonable price. My first impression was good when I met him.

The service was excellent! Nick was extremely professional and honest! He could have replaced the valve - and charged a higher price - but said to test out the tightened connections first before spending the money. I would use him again in a heartbeat, and recommend him to anyone in need of a repair.

He was very nice. He was very professional, but he was unable to fix the refrigerator. The work that he did, we were happy with. We would use him again. He was unable to complete the refrigerator because it was the compressor was going out. We went under the warranty to get the warranty work done on that.

I called on a Tuesday and Nick gave a time window of 11-12 that coming Thursday. He ended up showing at 11:50am as promised. He came out to inspect our Washing Machine to ensure it was working properly as it was vibrating quite a lot. Turns out it was just a little out of balance. Nick was very thorough & professional. He explained everything very clearly to my wife and assured her everything was in great shape with our Washing Machine. I would absolutely hire him again for any large Appliance repair.

Assessed and recommended replacement.

Owner was able to save the oven door, saving me the expense of having to buy a new stove!

Basic task, and wasn't charged exhorbitantly

Nick actually repaired my Samsung dryer (didn't need any parts but found a pair of underwear had slipped in between the drum and dryer). He had asked me if I needed any other repairs and I mentioned the fan noise in my freezer. He diagnosed and ordered fan part from GE. Setup another date and arrived on time.. Nick was professional and respectful and did a good job - no more noise coming from my freezer.

Very well! Fixed our problem, gave good advice about avoiding same problem in future, looked at another appliance while he was there and shared advice on that one too.

Very well. NIck was very considerate working with me to coordinate a time for the repair. The repair was well done and he left everything clean and neat. He was honest helping me decide whether to repair or replace the machine. I was very pleased with his service.

The fridge has been running perfectly for a week now, thanks to Nick's expertise and perseverance. He only charged me for 2 hours of labor, plus parts, which I thought was very reasonable.

I paid Nick to "reset" the computerized cycle program on my washing machine. I was instructed to call him back if the issue was not resolved. The problem was not resolved and I called back the next day and left a message. I never received a return call.

Nick knew exactly what the problem was. He showed up on time and completed the repair quickly.
