Description of Work: Technician investigated a problem with the needle shaft and generally serviced the machine which had been sitting for a number of years. I was contacted with their findings and we agreed on a course of action. Machine was returned with a sample of working sewing stitches. They do their own work on-site. They were polite and professional and proud of their work.
