Description of Work: I originally used Bjorrnson Painting as an Angies's List Big Deal and thought that they did a great job so hired Einar back when I needed to have my kitchen painted. He did a fabulous job completely transforming my kitchen space.The difference is amazing.Absolutely beautiful!The cabinet doors look like they are in the most high end kitchen.Done with just the highest quality of paint application.Great job.

Description of Work: My kitchen was painted as well as a free standing stairwell barrier. All went well except for the kitchen drawers, the face plates for which had been removed and then reinstalled. The reinstallation of the face plates was difficult, and after the paint dried I discovered that they did not line up and some drawers would not close. I informed them and they quickly sent out someone with carpentry skills to fix the problem. The follow up was professional and timely. I would highly recommend them for acknowledging a problem and then fixing it without any hassles at all. The paint job itself was excellent and the painter was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Description of Work: They have made the initial evaluation and gave me the list for paint amounts which I purchased, but they have yet to perform the service and keep telling me they are booked through February. My first contact with them was early September and at that time I was told a date for the painting would be set within two months. I am very disappointed. Can I get my money back? I have since seen they have offered the same coupon again on the Angie's list deals.

Description of Work: They painted my living roon/ dining room and hallway, and 2 bathrooms. They were absolutely punctual and professional. The quality of their work was wonderful. I was so impressed at the differency it made that I have already had them do some additional painting for me.

Description of Work: The owner has a strict protocol and thereby insisted on doing two coats of white paint over my matching white paint. It did not need two coats. I just wanted to freshen the walls as I was going to sell my house. This means for the 40 hours I purchased, less was done and more paint was used. We had five workers here for one day. They were all very nice people, helpful, and hard workers. Unfortunately, they did a poor job of taping, getting dark paint on my wainscoting and on my wood molding in many places. My husband and I spent much time correcting this. At least one person on their team definitely needs some instruction on proper taping. If the owner had called me to see how it went, I would have rather told him all this than put it in this review as he made it clear to me that he was not making any money on this deal yet he squeezed my job in in a hurry when I needed it. For that I was appreciative. Also, the fellow who did the high ceilings was amazing and the crew leader went out of her way to touch up some extra areas for me.

Description of Work: I left 2 messages requesting an estimate. I indicated I was a Angieslist member and had multiple rooms to be painted. I even requested in the second call that if they were too busy to schedule work at this time I would appreciate a return call so advising. I would never use this company in the future. The lack professional courtesy to return a request for a bid is beyond troubling. If they won't return phone calls requesting a bid, what would happen if there was a complaint regarding services performed?

Description of Work: Very thorough and professional in presenting the proposal but the bid was too high for what we wanted done. I prefer getting 3 bids rather than one big deal. The deal was for 40 hours and he estimated the work required 80 hours.
