Excellent! Tom did a great job of showing up at quick notice, identifying the problem within 2 minutes, and had the replacement part in stock to finish the job in 20 minutes flat. Then he provided a wealth of helpful advice for smarter usage of our major appliances - washer, dryer, dishwasher too. He definitely knows all the equipment and can help save money and wear/tear on our machines. Thank you!

He was very polite and business like. He wants to keep your costs down and expects you tor provide a good description of the appliance (model, make and serial no.) and how long the problem went on, also, what are the symptoms. It went great. The frige is fixed and I didn't Have to buy a new one.

My refrigerator had a bad burning smell, and a quick few searches online suggested a dead component. I found All Tech Appliance service via Angie's List's reviews - they are close by and highly rated. I called and left a message at 10pm on Friday night, and got a call back at 8:45am the next day. Tom was able to swing by at 11:30am. He had the problem diagnosed in under 5 minutes (a dead fan in the freezer). He had a spare with him, and was able to get the fan replaced in another 5 minutes. Everything's working now. He even gave tips on how best to remove the smell (dishes of baking soda, balled up newspapers). Considering how fast, professional, and thorough Tom is, I'll be calling him first the next time I need appliance help.

Amazing! I was convinced that we would be persuaded to buy a new stove. As with most things these days it seems if one thing goes wrong it is cheaper to buy a new appliance. Tom diagnosed the problem on the phone and gave me a quote which was right on the nose. He was here the next day and had our oven fixed in no time, it needed a small part. Afterwards he threw in an amusing, anecdotal 10 min guide to how we can save energy in our home. The advice was simple stuff we had never thought or knew about . Thanks Tom, our oven has been working perfectly ever since!

Another great review for this guy ! We have an older dishwasher that no longer was getting the dishes quite as clean as they used to be. I suspected dirty water from the filter trap and sump. Tried to do it myself . Ran into a part I couldn't remove without destroying the piece so I threw in the towel and found Tom via Angie's List. On the phone, he tried to run down a checklist and avoid an uneeded visit (??). Despite this, I talked him into coming (???). Who tries to decline business in a good natured way in this economy ??? 1) He was right on time 2) corrected the aforementioned problem 3) did break the part that inhibited me. (yes ! vindication...sort of), but had a replacement on his truck ! 4) Charged a very reasonable price including parts. 5) Gave us a checklist on how to prolong the life of this appliance; and how to better clean the dishes 6) Looked at our dishwasher and cleaned a sensor to solve another problem (that a previous technician couldn't figure out)...for free. 7) Gave us advice on how to prolong the life of this appliance. Truly amazing.

Left message at night, they called me back at 8:30 the next morning. At 9:30 they arrived at the house and by 10:45 they were done. They were courteous the whole time.

The technician was prompt in answering the phone and showing up on time. He explained ways to maintain our washer and dryer as he worked and had all the equipment he needed to do the repairs. Cleaning the lint out of the dryer was a big help as well. He wasn't exactly polished and his receipt was rough, but he was easy to work with, timely, and had a good price.

I followed Tom's suggestion and now the fridge appears to be working fine. I am disappointed that they do not work on my model of refrigerator, but I will definitely call All Tech again if I have a problem with another appliance.

I called to ask about Bosch dryer repair for a dryer that has only blown cool air for the past several years.The gentleman I spoke with said they did not service that brand, however, he said there should be a reset button on the back. I'd heard that before and looked but could not find it. After a bit more digging and research, I was able to find the button. Once I pushed it back in it finally had heat again! I'm very grateful for the tip and would definitely call again for other repairs.

I had an old Amana Refrigerator with a bad seal that was running (at least it seemed) 15-20 hours a day. Before replacing it I called All Tech to see if the seal could be repaired. I left a message and Tom Genshock got back to me within the hour. He initially suggested a new refrigerator, since Amana is out of business, but volunteered to see if the part was still available. He was out of the office at the time but promised to call back when he had the information. He called back to say that the part was available. He quoted me a price range of $125-$225, including parts. Then, admitting that replacing seals isn't his favorite job, Tom proceeded to identify the problem (and quot;It's the lower inside by the hinge, right?and quot;), explain how it happened, and give me step by step instructions on how to repair it with a little vaseline and some muscles. I followed his instructions and the refrigerator now works great! The only cost was a glass of wine for the friend who helped me carry out Tom's instructions! You can bet I'll call All Tech when something big shows up to be repaired!

He asked some diagnostic questions to find out what type of washing machine I had and what the problem could be. He was so knowledgeable and identified the probably correctly. He also gave me a price quote (approx $125) , in case it was the problem and I wanted to have it fixed by them. With his help, I was able to fix it myself (albeit temporarily). I'm not their customer yet, but with their service and honesty, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if any other problems come up.

Better than I could expected. An overall A+. The dispatcher advised me to purchase another refrigerator if mine was not cost effective to repair and suggested places to purchase a replacement. Fortunately the repair was relatively easy and inexpensive to undertake.

I called thinking I would need a service call, but All Tech was able to help me quickly fix the problem with my dishwasher (turn on a valve that had gotten switched off) and gave me advice on another issue we were having with the washing machine (not repairable).

Tom returned the call I had made the previous night early the next morning. He said he could come by 11:00 AM that day. He actually arrived at 9:30 (I asked him to come ASAP). He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the broken part in his truck, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He cleaned up and put everything back. He then was kind enough to tell me how to prevent the same (or worse) problem in the future. Very helpful information on both the washer and dryer to save us $ and wear on our clothes. I also had him look at our oven which turned out to not have a serious problem. He gave me helpful info on both our stove and dishwasher. The information on our oven may help with the issue I was having without a repair or new oven. Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use his services again.

We've used Tom in the past and he is by far the best one of the bunch. He repaired our washer and dryer a few years ago and today when I called about our refrigerator he spent about 15 minutes with me on the phone discussing the issue. In the end it's an old refrigerator that simply needs to be replaced, so he didn't need to come over to make any repairs this time. He was very forthconing with information as always. We feel we can trust him and that he thoroughly knows his profession. He is pleasant to work with as well.

I called All Tech appliance when I discovered that my oven would not heat up. The service tech I spoke with was professional, and quickly set up an appointment for the next day. Our technician (Paul?) arrived promptly, confirmed that the element needed to be replaced, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He also explained how it might have happened, and provided a few tips for preventing the element from breaking in the future.

I am an out-of-state landlord. Tenant reported that washing machine was leaking. All Tech arranged an appointment and came by promptly to make the repair. My tenant was very happy. He wrote: "Just wanted to give you some feedback that the appliance guy was extremely punctual, friendly and knowledable. He was probably the best technical service man I've ever had to deal with!
