Wonderful company to work with! They replaced the windshield at my home, within a day or two of my contacting them. Person who came out did a great job, and I have 12 free car washes at Brown Bear! What's not to like?

Timely good service while I waited, and honored a reduced rate negotiated by my insurance. They gave me free stickers to put over future chips to keep them clean until they could be repaired. A month later had another rock chip, used a sticker and then went back to have the chip repaired.

I was interested in All Star because they are locally owned, are active in the Moyer Foundation and advertise that they use American-made products whenever possible. Their Angie's List rating sold me. Upon making the appointment, the gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and friendly. When I called the next day to confirm (I had spaced on the time) the same gentleman answered the phone and remembered me - not something I am used to anymore. Overall, I am very pleased with the work All Star did and they were able to replace my windshield with an American-made product, which was very important to me. The technician came to where I worked and was very thorough and fast. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself very nicely. I would recommend them to anyone :)

Our 2008 4Runner had a rock hit our windshield the impact resulted in a 6 point star chip. We went to Angie's list to see what Auto Glass companies were recommended, we decided on All Star Auto Glass. I made an appointment on 9-19-11 at 5:45 PM for the repair to be performed at our home at a preferred time of 9:00 AM-Noon. We were contacted at 6:30 PM that a technician would arrive within that time frame on the next day 9-20-11. The technician arrived well within the appointments time-frame the next morning. The technician was very pleasant and informative on the job of repairing the "ding" in the windshield. We will recommend All Star Auto Glass to all of our friends and family for any auto glass repairs or replacement.

Called in the morning and was scheduled for the next day. Service was great. The installer was prompt (came to my house - no extra charge), courteous, and efficient (took approximately 1 hour to fix). It was a bit more $ than I had hoped for but I am happy with the results and convenience. Nice to get 12 Brown Bear Car washes with the deal.

I called at 11:30 am to schedule a mobile service for a broken windshield. They were at my work by 12:30 pm the same day! It took about 45 minutes to replace. The technician was very friendly. He did a very tidy job and I am quite happy with the end result. I thought the price was great, considering the service was so quick plus I get a bunch of brown bear car washes :-)

Got a phone quote for $200, and dispatcher said he'd get someone out same day if I authorized them to go ahead right then. I did so. They arrived without warning, so I was at lunch when they called. They said they needed the car key to do the work, so I rushed back. Turns-out they did not need the key and were able to do most of the work without me there. Problem was they charged me $225 instead of the quoted $200 (this is all before tax). I didn't see this discrepancy until they ran my card and presented me with the bill. That kind of bait-and-switch is very disappointing. UPDATE: After some phone calls, they refunded the difference to my credit card.

They were out two days after scheduling, replace two windshields for us at our house. Painless experience.

Front windshield was broken from the inside. Two guys came, they worked efficiently. Job was done within the 45 minutes they stated they needed. I like that they came to my home for no extra charge. Their warranty stated that there is a 30 day chip repair (in shop), I like that too.

Able to offer same day mobile service! On time, courteous and professional. Fixed both windows and price was as quoted.

I phoned them. They told me that they had walk-in appointments available today until 4 PM, or that I could schedule their mobile truck for tomorrow or the next day. They explained that my insurer does not waive the deductible to cover this kind of repair. I drove to their office and they checked me in quickly. The technician started making the repair within 5 minutes of my arrival and had completed his work within 15 minutes later. While the largest of the three chips is still barely visible, I think that the quality of the repair was quite good. I had paid and left their facility in less than a half an hour total time there.

The overall experience was great. I happen to work in the neighborhood so was able to drop off the car and go back several hours later to pick it up. I called in the morning and they were able to make the replacement the same day. The price seemed reasonable although I did not get any additional quotes. I ended up not using insurance as our deductible is too high.

They gave me a good quote and it was lower than anyone else. Part of their income goes towards charity. I like the fact that they support charities and they supply a dozen free car washes. The guy seemed to be a good employee.

It was great. They came out to my house at no extra charge. The person who did the work was courteous, professional. He completed the job in about 20 minutes. Everything was left in good order in my car.

The work went just fine. We would recommend them. They were courteous and professional. We've used them twice now. The gentleman doing the work was very responsive.

My experience with them was alright but it wasn't great. They called to cancel because their employee cut his hand. It was not their fault but when you expect them to be there and they aren't it is inconvenient. Also my windshield rattles now that it has been replaced so I don't know that the seal is that great. He came out even though the company said he wasn't going to come though and he was very polite and did his work and he was in and out very quickly.

Technician was punctual, polite, and the installation went great, as far as I can tell. I could have probably gotten a lower quote elsewhere (I got a call back from another service on Monday, after leaving a vmail on Saturday - they quoted me about $20-30 cheaper if I brought the car to them). However, I was willing to pay the extra for the mobile visit. All went well!

I called to get a quote for replacement of my windshield for a Toyota Camry. I asked to bring my car to the shop. They were able to schedule me within a day, although I ended up going for a later date due to my schedule. I dropped off my car on my way to work in the morning, (although I missed their sign the first time driving by) then caught the bus to work. Picked my car up after work, so I'm not positive about it being done by the stated time. The office gentleman was pleasant. I paid my deductible and they filed the insurance claim for me, although I had to remind him that it was going through insurance.

Very annoying process trying to get a quote. I tried calling for an estimate and got their voicemail twice during normal business hours. The voicemail suggests that you schedule online and provides a web address. I followed this suggestion and submitted my info for a quote. The website states that they will have a quote to you in 25 minutes or less. An hour later, still during normal business hours, no quote. I call them and again get picked up by voicemail. I leave a message with my online "quote" number and tell them that the message I received did not actually contain a quote and requested they call me back as soon as possible. No call by end of day. They call me the next morning (7ish AM on my day off) without an apology but finally with a quote. I did not choose them for my work.

I brought my car in at the scheduled time (10:30 am) and around 11:30 I received a call that the job was going to take longer than originally quoted (a 1 hour job is now a 5 or 6 hour job) and the price increased $80.00 because of the difficulty involved with the install. Since I did not have the time to sit around and wait for my car for 5 hours on a work day, I picked up my car and scheduled an appointment with an different auto glass repair shop. I guess it wouldn't have been such a big deal except for the fact that I was expecting a new window in my car in an hour and instead I received a call stating the job was more complicated than expected and the work hadn't been done. I should have been notified within the first 10 or 15 minutes they had the car.

Overall, it went OK, but not great. Using the website, I set up an appointment, then I had to ask for a quote twice (the second time threatening to cancel the appointment if I didn't get the quote.) I also described the car model and windshield type twice, once in the on line appointment system and a second time via e-mail. Even with that, the technician arrived with the wrong windshield. After a phoned apology from All-Star and a reschedule of the service, it went fine. The quality of the job appears good, although we get our first rain test today. The issue seems to be the translation of the request from "on line" or e-mail, to what the technician needs to ensure the correct windshield is brought to the site.

Quick response to my quote request, followed by quick response to my scheduling request. The technician showed up on time (at my work location) and finished the job to my satisfaction.

Once the windshields were replaced, both vehicles windshield squirter's did not work properly due to a torn hose from the reinstall. More than one week later the hoses were replaced, and the squirter's worked. On the 1997 truck the cowling was not installed properly, most of the screws were stripped, and wouldn't tighten the cowling down, so the squirter's wouldn't function properly. After at least three attempts to get someone to come out to the truck and properly install the cowling I've given up, and will most likely just do it myself. On the 1999 Suburban, the windshield had a noticeable squeak every time you went over a bump, but the vehicle regrettably was stolen, so the repair was never done. It was scheduled to be repaired, and the technician never showed for that appointment, and we were never called.
