(removed member name), I attempted to contact you and talk about this situation. This is the FAQ about windshield replacement from Good To Go Website "What should I do if replace my windshield? Remove the Good To Go! pass. Flex passes can be put on your new windshield. Contact customer service for additional Velcro backings. Sticker passes should be removed and discarded. Contact customer service to remove the old pass number from your Good To Go! account and request a replacement pass." This said we have great success transferring the sticker. Every time we replace a windshield with Good to Go we explain that we have no way of knowing if anything works or not. [member name removed], I am sorry for the confusion. We really do try to cover as much area as we can but for chip repair we have to have some limitation due to time and costs. I am going to check with the folks at Angie's list to see if we can edit the services and mobile area. Thank you, Tom
