All Star Auto Glass

Initially, I called, and talked with the office. Received quote, $329. I stated I was an Angie's List customer, which is listed on the bill, and coupon, which was not on the bill. Scheduled service. Installer came out to my house. Jon was fantastic: punctual, polite, friendly, informative, and just a nice guy. Install went well!!!! Jon hands me the bill, and it's $30 more than the original price quoted by the c/s rep. I mentioned the coupon, that's clearly online, and not on the bill. Jon said the coupon was not figured in the final bill, his copy. Jon said he would call the rep, and take care of the matter. Jon came back to me, extremely polite and apologetic, asking for me to call c/s because they requested for me speak with them. Odd, but I call the rep, whom I spoke with originally. The c/s rep hadn't written down the quote, and begins to argue with me about the price, saying I must have misunderstood her original quote. She blamed me, directly. I mentioned the paperwork provided to me did not represent any of the numbers we discussed, the day before. She drops the price by $15. I brought up the original quote and coupon. She stated the best she could do, in an angry voice, was $317.74. Fine. I paid. I did not receive the coupon on the final bill, which is still listed on Angie's List for all future customers. I did receive the car wash coupon. Jon sincerely apologized for the problems. I would not use them again, nor recommend, even though Jon was absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

Appointment on-time and they did entire job very well while I was next door having breakfast. For the ease of in and out with a good quality job I will return and recommend them to others. I went to their location as we were in a very cold weather window.

Needed Windshield replaced on Wife's SUV. Used All-Star web site for quote in the morning and received a quick phone call response to iron out the details and discuss our needs. Discussed pricing and time frame for mobile service. Service manager was friendly and knowledgeable and took time to make sure my questions were answered and needs met. Mobile Technician (Josh) was on time and very professional and courteous from the moment he arrived until the job was completed. Watched the removal and replacement process and observed how carefully the windshield was removed and replaced with very good attention to all the details that ensured a high quality result. Cleanup was excellent and overall experience was good. I would use this service again. Thanks All-Star!

It went great. Omar was very, very friendly and professional. He called me to see if he could come early which was actually better for me than the scheduled time so I appreciated that. He did the work in just 30 minutes, was fine when I told him a had a coupon and he had to redo the invoice - I've had experiences in the past with a provider grumbling about that. And since the work was done we have had tons of heavy rain in Seattle and no leaking from the windshield. On my old car, many years ago in Michigan I had to get it replaced and repaired three time because it kept leaking after it was replaced so it is great that there are no leaks. He also left my car clean inside which I appreciate. I would recommend All-Star. I also got 12 brown bear car wash coupons for free washes!

e the original We had an appointment on a Tuesday to have the windshield replaced but when they got here they discovered that they had the wrong windshield so they rescheduled for Thursday. The lady who made the original appointment never told me that there were different windows for the same car model. When they came on Thursday they replaced the windshield and did an excellent job. But after I paid I noticed a $40 mobile service charge that was not part of the original quote. The tech said he would tell them when he got back to the office but I never heard anything. I called the next week and spoke with Martin who told me that the charge was in error and they would send a refund. Over all I think that in spite of the snafu's they did a very good job replacing the window and I would probably use them again.

They got me scheduled quickly for a lower price than the other places I checked. I took my car into them and a couple hours later they called me back saying it was ready for pick up. They were all very nice and helpful, I'd definitely go back to them again.

I was completely satisfied. It was covered by insurance. I liked their flexibility since they were able to come to my house. They were pretty punctual and got the job done when they said they would.

The response was quick, the paperwork and forms were easy to complete. The windshield replacement went without a hitch and right on schedule. However the quality of the windshied remains a question. Both the inside and out seemed to have an oily residue on it and it made it difficult to clean. Could not add Rain-X, it would not take to the surface. I am not sure if it is a coating that needs to be washed off or if this is the new way glass is transported and installed.In all fairness, I did not contact installer to discuss, I am willing to live with the way it is.

As above, it took two weeks for them to contact us and they asked if we were still interested and said they were sorry it took so long. We used someone else.

They were on-time, quick and courteous. Very convenient not to have to go to a shop.

They did a fine job. This is the second car I've taken there. They are fast and the repairs seem fine. Both times I was able to negotiate $10 off their quoted price, so $59 + tax instead of $69. They agreed immediately, so it was a no-hassle haggle.

I was able to make a same day appointment and they were done within 3 hours. So far there have been no issues with the installation. The staff was friendly.

Scheduling was very easy and because I called on a weekday, they were able to replace the same day. I found out when I called my insurance that I was not covered for a windshield replacement (without a large deductible) and All Star was very helpful with dealing with my insurance. I ended up paying for the window replacement without involving insurance and All Star gave me a good deal. Installer called to let me know he could come a bit earlier than my scheduled time if it was ok with me. He showed up on time, was professional and got the job done quickly. Their service was fine. It would have been nice to get the service done on the same day or the next day but it was much later than that.

Set an appointment. Arrived on time at their shop. They committed to a two hour wait and kept that commitment. Personnel were friendly and professional. Windshield appears to have no issues after two weeks of being installed.

While trying to obtain an online quote from All-Star Auto Glass, I noticed that they didn't have my model listed for my Lexus so I selected another for the quote process to progress. Once I was finished with the online information, I received an email from a representative named Kami. During my emails with Kami, I explained that I had a different model of Lexus than what I had put on the online form because they didn't have an option for a Lexus CT. Kami had made an attempt to gather more information about my specific windshield and its' options package in an effort ensure that they would obtain the correct part for my replacement. I then gave Kami all of the information regarding the options package on my Lexus in addition to the VIN # of my car so that she could reference the specs. for herself in her efforts to ensure that they would order the correct windshield. Once the information was compiled, she emailed me back within the hour with a quote. I set-up an appointment to take place a few days after I received the quote. I arrived for my appointment, and was greeted by two receptionists then one of the receptionists took my insurance information and proceeded to take my keys and look at my car. She returned and told me that the service would take approximately two hours to complete. An hour into the service, I received a phone call from All-Star saying that they couldn't work on my car because the car had the heated windshield option and that they wouldn't have been able to make that determination until the windshield had been removed. Needless to say, I was upset that this news was coming now and not during the exchange of emails I had prior to obtaining a quote for their services. I had left work early to have this service executed and now they were telling me that there was no way that they could perform the promised service after initially stating that they could have it done and knowing full well of my particular options package on my windshield a week prior to the service. After hearing about their inability to perform the promised service I decided to cancel the replacement and instructed them to return my car in its original state. Before I returned to collect my car from All-Star I called them back and asked that they ensure that they not submit the insurance paperwork since I was canceling my service. Upon making that request, the receptionist gave me brusque and unprofessional response. When I arrived back at All-Star, I definitely sensed their displeasure of my canceling my service as they gave my keys back. There receptionist was terse and unapologetic to what had transpired and I left without so much as even a "good day." That day, I began looking for other auto glass services upon getting back home; moreover, I was extremely disappointed at the level of service I received from All-Star so I emailed Kami back in an effort to obtain the general manager's name and contact information so that I could make a complaint to them specifically. I was then contacted by the general manager and he was very adamant about not being able to perform the service prior to removing the original windshield and discovering the heated windshield option. I had known how to determine what type of windshield option I had without the removal of the glass through my discussions with other auto glass companies so I knew, and I told him, that he was trying to cover himself. The general manager then changed his demeanor and gave excuses regarding the technician, the front office staff, and his unfamiliarity with the 2011 Lexus CT model. The GM then offered an apology and a small discount, however, by then, the proverbial damage had been done and I wanted nothing more to do with All-Star Auto Glass.

All-Star came to our house and in less than an hour fully replaced the windshield in my Ford Escape that had a large crack running across it from rock damage. The technician was professional and friendly, cleaned up the bits of rubber and old adhesive from the driveway, and advised us to let the car sit for an hour before we drove it so the adhesive could set up. It was easy and painless, and 2 days later I drove the Ford from Seattle to Portland in the rain without incident. The windshield is perfect and the technician let me know that if I got a chip or anything, they would repair it for free at the shop for 30 days. The amount was less than quoted at other installers so I feel that I got a very fair price coupled with the convenience of having them come to the vehicle to do the work. I would definitely use All-Star again for any auto glass repairs.

Excellent service and quality work.

Setup for an appointment was easy and the price is what was quoted. The windshield is in and looks good. Disappointed where the interior panel was slightly damaged during the installation and the installer didn't use any precautions for keeping dirt and grime off the interior of the car around the windshield. Also wasn't happy with the dirt on the carpeting on the driver's side of the car as the car was moved by one of the installers from outside, into the shop and back outside. Based on the experience of the overall job I don't feel like a lot of attention was given to the care of the installation. Also, no one reviewed the installation with me after it was completed and I only got the advertised 12 Brown Bear Car Washes after I asked for them. I would not recommend them or use them again.

I used a $35.00 Groupon to have a chip in my windshield repaired. For the price, it seemed like a fair deal, although I would not have paid the $70.00 they said it would have been without the Groupon. They said it would take 35 minutes and it took 35 minutes. The repair looks fine and hopefully it will make sure that the chip does not spread

This is a difficult car to replace the windshield and they had to redo it. When I brought it back they identified the leak was coming from our sunroof. They stand behind their work and I would definitely recommend them.

I was actually pretty happy with the job & services performed at the time...it wasn't until today (4/17/12) that I noticed something that struck me as a bit odd. I was looking at the reciept for the job as I was getting ready to call them to replace another windshield on my work truck that I saw they had charged me for moulding that was not replaced. Granted, it's only $30.00 and it's 6 months later and I was pretty happy with the job at the time, so I guess I shouldn't be too upset...but when I called to express my concern, the manager (Greg, I think) could really have cared less about my concerns. He didn't call me a liar, but almost. He also suggested that if my insurance paid for it, it wasn't a big deal....but it was out of my pocket, so it is a big deal. Again, I WAS happy with the work performed and I didn't notice the incorrect charge at the time of the job, so it is a "shame on me" kind of thing.....I guess in the long run, All-Star might have lost on repeat business as I'll use somebody else for the new glass for my work truck.

I have an older sports car that needed a new windshield. All Star was able to find a replacement windshield and arranged for their most experienced installers to work on the car. The results were outstanding. The customer service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend All Star.
